- Pickled cucumbers are also cut into cubes, added to a bowl with potatoes and carrots, and seasoned with oil.
- Take 6 tablespoons from a can of peas, drain the liquid and add to the vegetable mixture.
- Then mixed with beets and salted.
- Before serving, decorate with greens.
- If you add sauerkraut to this set of ingredients, it will be even healthier. Sometimes cabbage is replaced with pickled cucumbers.
- Beans are added along with sauerkraut. According to the classic recipe, it is boiled, but canned is also suitable.
- The composition also includes sausage - it makes a hearty salad.
- Vinaigrette with herring is also popular. Fillet is used, but is not laid out in a layer, but mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Season with a sauce made from vegetable oil mixed with a teaspoon of mustard.
