Hi all! Today we will talk about how to cook Funchoza noodles with chicken and vegetables. It is made from starch, most often mung beans, and therefore it turns out to be transparent. Hence its common name - glass.

Such dishes are prepared quite quickly and turn out very appetizing. Well, at least they will definitely be no worse than those that are delivered to your home.
The beauty of funchose is that it does not need to be cooked like regular noodles. Just pour boiling water over it and leave for a few minutes. Then simply drain the water and rinse a little under cold water.
Funchoza with chicken and vegetables can be served either cold or hot. When cold, it makes an excellent salad, which can even be placed on a holiday table.

Classic funchoza with chicken
If you choose a classic recipe, you won’t have to worry about any additional ingredients.
- funchose – 180 – 200 g;
- boiled chicken – 380 – 400 g;
- water - a full glass;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- salt and spices.
Preparation
- At the same time, fry the pieces of onion and chicken in any heated oil.
- When both products are ready, add water. Wait for it to heat up. Place dry noodles in a frying pan.
- Cook for 6 - 7 minutes, only then stir. Add salt and spices to taste.
The resulting fried funchose with chicken meat can be sprinkled with balsamic cream. The main thing is not to confuse the latter with similar vinegar.
Recipe for a hot dish of funchose with chicken, vegetables and soy sauce
We will stew chicken and vegetables together in this dish. But, except for the cucumber. It will be that very refreshing zest that will never harm a hot dish. It is prepared very quickly, literally in a hurry. I highly recommend it.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of funchose
- teaspoon curry
- 150 grams peeled sweet pepper
- soy sauce
- 150 grams of carrots
- 150 grams of onion
- 150 grams of fresh cucumbers
- one chicken breast fillet (200 grams)
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the chicken and dry it. Cut the fillet into medium-sized pieces. You can cut into strips or cubes, as you wish. Place in a deep bowl. Pour in soy sauce, about 2-4 tablespoons. Mix everything so that every piece is in the sauce. Leave for 15 minutes.
- We take the funchose out of the package and place it in a deep bowl. Fill it with boiling water to the top. Leave for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut it into small cubes or strips.
- Grate the carrots with three graters, after peeling them. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. We transfer the chicken here. Add some salt, taking into account that the soy sauce is already quite salty. Add curry and stir. Fry on high power for a couple of minutes, stirring. Then we send onions, carrots and peppers here. Cook together for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends. Cut it into thin elongated bars. In general, the shape of the cut does not matter. Add some salt to the funchose and put it in a salad bowl. Place cucumbers on top. Then transfer the hot mass from the frying pan here. Mix everything and serve!
Funchoza with chicken in a slow cooker
Funchoza with chicken and vegetables is prepared simply and without much fuss in a slow cooker. Even without pre-frying the ingredients, the dish turns out to be surprisingly rich, incredibly tasty and at the same time more healthy. If desired, you can add some chopped chili and tomatoes to the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- funchose – 200 g;
- chicken – 400 g;
- bell pepper – 300 g;
- carrots and onions – 1 pc.;
- soy sauce – 100 ml;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- water – 750 ml;
- oil – 100 ml;
- pepper, salt, spices, herbs.
Preparation
- Pour oil into a bowl and add chicken and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, water, and spices.
- Turn on “Quenching” for an hour.
- 15 minutes before the signal, the noodles are laid.
- Ready funchoza, stewed with vegetables and chicken, seasoned with herbs.
