  • Hot sauce - 1/3 cup.
  • Olive oil – 2 large spoons.
  • Garlic salt – 2 teaspoons.
  • Pepper - a teaspoon.
  • Green onions - 5 feathers.
  • Stem celery – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 4 pcs.

For the sauce:

  • Sour cream – 3 tablespoons.
  • Cheese (in the original recipe with blue mold, but it can be replaced) – 150 gr.
  • Dijon mustard - heaped teaspoon.
  • Yolks – 3 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons.
  • Sunflower oil – 200 ml.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Mix olive oil with pepper and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Divide the wings into two parts at the joint. Place in a bowl, pour in the oil mixture, stir, spreading over the meat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 o C. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet lined with foil. Arrange the prepared wings.
