5 recipes for dietary cookies without flour, butter, milk and sugar

The classic manna for me has always been manna prepared without the use of flour, when the smell and taste of the baked goods is pronounced. We will prepare manna in a slow cooker.

This will take a small amount of time and will greatly simplify the cooking process itself. To decorate baked goods, all we need is powdered sugar, a stencil and our own imagination. Now, let's start preparing the manna!

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Granulated sugar – 50 grams;
  • Semolina – 1 cup;
  • Sour cream – 200 grams;
  • Vanillin – 1 package.

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a whisk for several minutes. You can also use a mixer, but this is not necessary, the consistency of the dough and the finished baked goods will be very tender and airy.

  2. Now, add all the remaining ingredients to our beaten eggs: granulated sugar, semolina, sour cream and vanillin. Mix everything very thoroughly and leave the bowl of dough for half an hour right on the table so that the semolina swells.

  3. Place round parchment paper on the bottom of the multicooker pan. If required, oil the paper with vegetable oil. Now pour all the dough into the multicooker pan and set the “Baking” mode (1 hour). While preparing manna, it is better not to open the lid of the multicooker. And as soon as the required amount of time has elapsed, unplug the multicooker and let it cool slightly.
  4. Now, to make it easier to remove baked goods from the pan, place a steamer plate on it and turn the pan over. Don't forget to remove the parchment paper. We decorate the manna using a stencil and powdered sugar or serve it straight to the table, it all depends on your desire.

It is better to cut the manna and serve it slightly cooled.

Servings: 8.

Cooking time: 1.5 hours.

Multicooker model: “Polaris” PMC 0508AD.

Power: 700 W

Enjoy your meal!

Banana pudding

Gingerbread is a dense and dryish pastry, while pudding is moist. Can such different flourless pastries really be prepared using the same recipe? Maybe, but these two options are not the limit. It all depends on the quantity and size of oatmeal.

If you like a chunky texture, use the whole flakes. For 3 bananas you will need about 2.5 cups. And if you beat the flakes first and add one and a half times less of them, the cake will not be so tall, more tender and moist.

In addition to the listed ingredients, it is recommended to add 0.5 cups of finely grated carrots. It will give baked goods an even more interesting texture and sunny shade.

And you can optionally use the following products: honey, dates, cocoa powder, chopped toasted nuts, fresh and frozen berries, apples, raisins.

Mash the bananas with a fork, add carrots (by the way, you can use the pulp left over from making juice). The mass will turn out quite juicy. Mix oatmeal in small portions until consistency is desired. Bake the pie in the pan for about half an hour, then cool and decorate before serving. The oatmeal banana flavor goes well with frosting, fudge and ganache.

Be sure to try both recipes! Each of them has many fans, but most of those who have tried it admit that it is difficult for them to give preference to one thing.

"Banoffee Pie"

You will need:

  • 475 g dates;
  • 200 g of any nuts;
  • 1 banana;
  • 100 g coconut milk;
  • 200-300 g coconut cream (I used Aroy-d brand cream, you can also use coconut milk in a jar, but use only the top solid part);
  • 40 g urbech or nut butter;
  • chocolate or nuts for sprinkling.

“Banoffee Pie” consists of three layers that do not require baking. First of all, remove the pits from the dates. Place 300 g of them in a blender and blend together with the nuts. Place the resulting sticky ball on the bottom of the mold, and then put it in the refrigerator. For the second layer, use the remaining dates (175 g), urbech and coconut milk. Whisk the ingredients in a blender until smooth and spread the resulting caramel over the first layer of the cake. Next, cut the banana into slices and place it on top. Place the mold in the refrigerator for half an hour and devote this time to preparing the top layer. For this, use chilled coconut cream or solid coconut milk from a can. Whip the cream with a mixer until thick foam and decorate the treat with it. Use chocolate chips or nuts for the topping. Let the dessert cool for an hour.

Casserole with cottage cheese

Anyone who watches their figure knows that baking without wheat flour is also suitable for a healthy diet. An excellent example is a casserole, the calorie content of which is very low, but the taste is simply excellent. If the issue of calories is important to you, choose low-fat cottage cheese for her. But according to the same recipe, you can prepare a casserole from a regular one.

Grind half a kilo of cottage cheese. You can do this with a regular fork, but if you use an immersion blender, the casserole will be more tender and fluffy. Add 1 egg, a couple of tablespoons of yogurt or kefir (or maybe butter if you don’t mind the fat content). You can sweeten the treat with regular or brown sugar, as well as a sweetener. The amount of semolina depends on the products used, because cottage cheese can be both wet and dry. You should have a thick but pourable batter, a little thicker than pancake batter.

In winter, you can add dried apricots, prunes or raisins to the casserole, and in summer, fresh berries and fruits are perfect for it.

This dish is baked for about 25 minutes. You can serve it with fresh citrus juice, smoothies, or drinking yogurt. By the way, according to this recipe, salty pastries can also be prepared without flour and sugar - with finely chopped dill and young garlic.
