Preparing a diet cake:

  1. Mix eggs with milk, vegetable oil, pepper and salt. Beat with a whisk. From the resulting mass, fry pancakes (12 pcs.) in a hot frying pan.
  2. Prepare the sauce: combine cottage cheese with soft cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Grind with a blender until smooth.
  3. Cut the chicken into medium cubes and form a cake: grease the pancake with sauce. We put some greens and chicken on top, put the next pancake on top and repeat the whole procedure with all the pancakes.
  4. If desired, decorate the cake with cherry tomatoes and mint leaves. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, after which it can be served.

Required ingredients:

  • 250 g cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 ml of cream or milk (if the cottage cheese is dry, it is better to use milk, if it is watery, use cream);
  • vanillin;
  • sweetener;
  • butter.

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, milk (cream), sweetener, vanillin and yolks (the easiest way to do this is with an immersion blender). The output should be a thick mass, the consistency of thick sour cream.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Add them to other ingredients.
  4. Grease the mold with butter, pour the curd mixture into it and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 160–170 °C.

  4. Place walnuts and oatmeal in a blender bowl and grind them into fine crumbs.

  6. We send the resulting mass into a mold (diameter 20 cm) covered with parchment and distribute it well along the bottom of the mold.
  7. Prepare the curd layer: add yogurt, honey and cocoa to the curd and beat with a blender until smooth. Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave and add it to the total mass.
