Belyash, which has a very high calorie content, is a fried pie filled with minced meat or minced meat. There is more than one recipe for white meat with meat - homemade pies are made in different ways - both with yeast and “kefir” dough.
Belyashi with meat, the calorie content of which depends on the meat used in the filling, is fried in a large amount of vegetable oil. If you add veal to belyash, its calorie content will be slightly lower than that of pies with minced pork and beef.
Belyash, which has even more calories than cheburek, appeared in Russian cuisine quite a long time ago, but to this day there are heated debates regarding the “correct” preparation of it. We will prepare belyashi with meat, the calorie content of which is 330 kcal, from the following products:

White meat recipe: homemade pies
1) Prepare the dough according to the recipe for white meat with homemade meat:

- Mix kefir, yeast, salt, sugar, butter, egg and leave for 15 minutes.
