Thanks to a multicooker, you can not only simplify the process of preparing a dish, but also make it more healthy and rich in vitamins. The finished dish can be served on its own or with various cereals and potatoes.
- 1. Wash the turkey fillet, wipe it with a paper towel and cut it into pieces measuring 1.5 x 1.5 centimeters.
- 2. I peel and wash the onion, cut it into small pieces, divide the broccoli into inflorescences and rinse with running water.
- 3. Pour a little sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Frying” mode and fry the onion and turkey meat until golden brown.
- 4. After the ingredients in the bowl have acquired a golden color, add the cabbage divided into inflorescences.
- 5. Pour some boiled water and set the “Stew” mode and time to 60 minutes, salt and add spices to taste, cook until the end of the program.

Components:

- 4. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, add salt to taste. Place one of the dough layers on the dumpling maker and fill it with minced meat.
- 5. Cover the dumpling maker with a second layer of dough, roll it out with a rolling pin so that the edges of the dumplings are sealed. This way you will get about 60-80 dumplings.
- 6. Now the dumplings are ready for cooking. You can also freeze them in reserve and cook them as needed.

Subtleties of technology
The basis for obtaining delicious dishes from turkey drumsticks is knowledge of its preparation technology.
- When purchasing, it is advisable to give preference to fresh or chilled young poultry meat. The turkey leg should have pinkish or at least white skin, be elastic, and not have an unpleasant odor. It is better to give preference to drumsticks weighing up to 0.5 kg. A large drumstick will also turn out tasty, but it will take longer to bake.
- If you are used to removing the fatty skin from poultry, we advise you to remove it from the turkey leg only if it is going to be baked in foil or a sleeve. Otherwise, the bird's leg may end up dry.
- Frozen turkey drumsticks can also make an amazing meal, but then they need to be removed from the freezer several hours before cooking. The product must have time to thaw in the refrigerator. If you heat the turkey in warm water or in the microwave, it will lose some of its moisture and will no longer be juicy and tender.
- If you don’t want the turkey drumstick to dry out during baking, use foil or a cooking sleeve; they will protect the product from losing excess juice.
- You can get a more juicy, aromatic and tasty dish from turkey drumstick if you marinate it first.
- You don't have to roast the whole turkey drumstick. Its fillets and steaks cut from it are delicious.
- Using vegetables will also make the drumstick more juicy, aromatic and appetizing. At the same time, this will eliminate the need to prepare a side dish.
- Compliance with the cooking time of turkey meat is an important condition for maintaining its juiciness. A small turkey drumstick (up to 0.5 kg) is baked for 40-60 minutes, a large one - for at least an hour, but not more than an hour and a half. A boneless turkey drumstick will be ready 5-15 minutes earlier, but it can be baked for the same amount of time as bone-in meat. It is enough to cook the fillet in small pieces in the oven for half an hour. Turkey leg steaks will be ready in 35-40 minutes.
