The harm of hodgepodge
Due to the fact that hodgepodge is a rich soup with a characteristic sour-salty taste, nutritionists do not recommend abusing it in case of chronic pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and especially with acidosis.
How to prepare the dish “Solyanka meat soup”
- Place chicken wings in water and bring to a boil.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings, lightly fry in vegetable oil without browning it and simmer with tomato paste for 10-15 minutes. Then add the sausage and sausages cut into strips and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Peel the pickles and remove seeds, chop finely and add to the fried onions and sausage.
- Fry for 10 minutes over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Throw fried olives into the broth with chicken wings.
- Add salt, let it boil again, throw in the bay leaf.
- Reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then turn off the stove and let the hodgepodge brew for 15 minutes.
- Serve with a slice of lemon.
