The harm of hodgepodge

Due to the fact that hodgepodge is a rich soup with a characteristic sour-salty taste, nutritionists do not recommend abusing it in case of chronic pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and especially with acidosis.

How to prepare the dish “Solyanka meat soup”

  1. Place chicken wings in water and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, lightly fry in vegetable oil without browning it and simmer with tomato paste for 10-15 minutes. Then add the sausage and sausages cut into strips and simmer for another 10 minutes.
