You will need:

  • A jar of yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese.
  • Three boiled yolks.
  • A teaspoon of mustard.
  • Salt.
  • Ground black pepper.

Cottage cheese mayonnaise is the fastest to prepare. Grind the yolks with salt. Add yogurt or cottage cheese.
