  4. Soak the oat bran in boiling water for a few minutes, squeeze out the water, add the bran to the rest of the ingredients, and knead the minced meat.
  5. We make small cutlets with wet hands. You can cook them in a double boiler, a slow cooker, or simply in a steaming pan.
  6. If you cook in a pan, grease the surface of the colander or stand with vegetable oil so that the meat does not stick.
  7. Cook the cutlets for 7-8 minutes at moderate boiling water, do not open the lid!
  8. Drizzle the cutlets with vegetable oil, just a few drops are needed so that they do not become crusty.

  • Oat bran plus low-fat milk - 1 tbsp. l and 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Small onion head;
  • Egg;
  • Dill (parsley) - fresh, dried or frozen;
  • Ready-made spices (it is better if they are without extraneous additives - flavor enhancers, preservatives and salt);
  • Salt - to taste or at the rate of 1 tsp. per kg of finished minced meat.

Sequencing

  1. The first step is to mix the bran with milk. For minced meat, ready-made chicken fillet - breast, which is usually not juicy, will also work. Therefore, do not be lazy to trim the meat from the thighs and legs.
  2. Place onion, chicken, milk-soaked oat bran, egg, salt and spices in a blender and grind. It is better to chop the dill by hand and add it at the end. Using a spoon, place the cutlets on a baking sheet (about 10 pieces come out) - heat-resistant glass dishes are also suitable for these purposes.
  3. Place in a preheated oven (200°) for 35 minutes. In total, the time spent on preparation and the time spent by the cutlets in the oven is 45-50 minutes. The result is a very tasty, and, most importantly, dietary (can be eaten at any stage of the diet, including “Attack”) dish.

  1. Beat the yolks with seasonings, add cottage cheese.
  2. Pour oil and lemon juice into the resulting mixture.
  3. Mix well until a pale white mass is obtained.

  • small onion – 1 pc.;
  • green onions, dill – 50 g;
  • a pinch of salt.
