- minced chicken or turkey - half a kilo;
- apples (sweet and sour) – 130-150 g;
- white onion – 120-140 g;

Green, sour apples are most suitable for this dish. Too sweet varieties should not be used, otherwise they will negatively affect the taste of the finished dish.

The cooking process includes several stages:
- The onion must be peeled and then chopped into medium slices.
- The apple should be peeled and the seed box with all its contents cut out. The remaining part is chopped into arbitrary pieces.
- At the next stage, pieces of onion and apple are mixed with minced meat and passed together through a meat grinder or processed in a blender.
- The resulting mixture needs to be salted and peppered, add semolina to taste, and then mix thoroughly.
- After about 1-2 hours, when the cereal swells well and removes excess moisture from the minced meat, you can begin to form cutlets from the mass.
- The resulting pieces are placed in a steamer filled with water and cooked for 25 minutes. At the same time, you need to sprinkle paprika on top of the cutlets. You can use other favorite spices.
If necessary, the baking time can be increased by another 10-15 minutes.

From the specified amount of products you get 9-10 medium cutlets. Before serving, place them on a plate covered with herbs and lettuce leaves, and place containers with sauces next to them. For example, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard.
Preparing veal cutlets:
Step 1: prepare the bread.
First, put any white bread on a cutting board; it can be fresh or stale, it all depends on your desire. Then cut 3 slices from it, 100 grams is enough. We break them into 2-3 parts, put them in a deep plate and pour a glass of milk. Soak the bread for 10-15 minutes, and in the meantime prepare the remaining ingredients.
Step 2: prepare the meat.
Rinse a piece of fresh veal under cold running water. Dry the meat with paper kitchen towels, then place it on a cutting board and remove excess fat, cartilage, and veins from it. After this, cut the veal into small pieces up to 3-4 centimeters in size and transfer them to a deep bowl.
Step 3: Prepare vegetables and breadcrumbs.
Next, peel the onions and potatoes. We rinse them under cold running water, dry them with paper towels, cut each vegetable into 4-8 pieces and place them in a bowl with sliced meat. Pour the required amount of breadcrumbs into a deep plate and place on the kitchen table other products that will be needed to prepare the dish.
Step 4: prepare the minced meat.
When the bread has softened, squeeze it out of the milk and pass it through a meat grinder into a clean deep bowl along with chopped beef, onions and potatoes. Add a chicken egg, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix these products with clean hands until they have a homogeneous consistency - the minced meat is ready!
Step 5: form veal cutlets.
Next, take a tablespoon of minced meat, place it on a moistened palm, form an oval or round cutlet, roll it in breadcrumbs and place it on a cutting board or large flat dish. We form the remaining cutlets in the same way until the minced meat is finished.
Step 6: fry the veal cutlets.
After this, put a deep frying pan with a thick bottom on medium heat and pour 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. As soon as it warms up, put the first batch of cutlets there. Fry them on both sides for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, dark beige, periodically turning them from side to side using a kitchen spatula. Fry the rest in the same way and transfer them to a small bowl. When all the cutlets are ready, put them back in the frying pan, pour in about 50 milliliters of water, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 12-15 minutes. Then we remove them from the stove, arrange them in portions on plates and serve them on the table along with your favorite side dish.

- 1 large onion;

How to do:
- Prepare minced meat from lean pieces of pork and beef. Grate the peeled potatoes, finely chop the onion and herbs. Combine all ingredients and season with salt.
