A quick lunch or dinner for weight loss can be prepared in the oven without effort! Try pp casserole with pp turkey:

  • 600 grams of turkey fillet. Grind in a meat grinder along with the onion. Salt and pepper the minced meat. You can also add grated carrots.
  • 400 grams of cauliflower and broccoli. Mix cabbage in equal proportions. We wash the inflorescences thoroughly.

For filling:

3 eggs + 50 grams of low-fat milk + 50 grams of low-fat grated cheese + spices to taste.

Place the minced meat in the mold. Then top with cabbage. Fill with eggs and milk and place in the oven for 40 minutes!

  3. Soak stale bread in milk, then squeeze and crumble. Place in a bowl with minced meat.
  4. Place a large spoon with the top of the minced meat on your palm. Make a flatbread. Place a cube of cheese in the center. Cover it with minced meat and secure it. Make the workpiece round.
  5. Place in a heat-resistant dish lined with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. The temperature in the oven is 180-200 o C.

How to cook turkey cutlets in the oven for a child

Cutlets prepared according to this recipe are reminiscent of those prepared in kindergartens in the Soviet Union. Such products will be asked for more and more. They are prepared very simply from available ingredients, and the taste is simply wonderful. Tender and juicy in the middle and amazingly crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

  • minced turkey – 1 kg
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • breadcrumbs - 10 tbsp. spoons
  • chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  • milk – 50 ml
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil - as needed.

Preparation.

1. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces, place in a mixer, add milk and grind until mushy and place in a bowl with minced meat.

2. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix well.

3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.

4. Form cutlets and place on a baking sheet.

5. Grease the top of each cutlet with vegetable oil and place in an oven preheated to 200*C for 30 minutes.

6. Pour 100 ml of boiled water into a cup, add 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce and mix well.

7. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the prepared gravy onto the bottom. Pour the gravy over each cutlet, reduce the temperature to 180*C and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

8. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
