ANNA ELDISHEV I have an incorrigible sweet tooth, so the option of a protein omelet with avocado is not for me. I always feel energized after a sweet breakfast. Ideally, of course, fresh and juicy fruits! Golden mango and strawberries or pineapple and blueberries are my favorite combinations! If you want something heavier and sweeter, I make a banana-berry smoothie. I add oatmeal, chia or flax seeds, top it with all sorts of pretty tinsel like nuts, coconut flakes - and voila! A great start to the day is guaranteed. For me, breakfast is the most important and favorite meal of the day. I love it when I have enough time to decorate everything beautifully and savor it without rushing.

How to get in shape a week before a show/advertising shoot? Or per day?

To be honest, there were no such cases. I am well aware that this is a huge stress for the body, just like cheatmeal, which I gave up. Why create unnecessary problems for yourself, life is not nirvana anyway! Therefore, I try to stay in shape consistently. But if you urgently need to lose weight, a combination works for me one hundred percent: a lot of walking (namely walking, not running or strength training) and a raw or fruit diet. This type of nutrition allows me not to worry about how much and when I will eat, and besides, I just enjoy it. If it were possible, I would eat like this all the time, but I became convinced that the diet needs a balance of microelements, and such a diet is very monotonous. If you need to get in shape in a day, then I can only say one thing: “You have a good sense of responsibility, my dear.”

Your basic rules for eating during Fashion Week. How is your diet changing during this time?

During fashion, I walk 15-20 km a day (I try to do as many castings as possible on foot) - a priori I move a lot. My basic principle: move more, eat more. So I know for sure that the allowed weakness burned out long ago somewhere on the pavements of Milan. I try to pamper myself and not restrict too much. After all, Fashion Week is a nervous and difficult time, it is very important to enjoy something.

Name your guilty pleasure in the world of food. And how often do you treat yourself to this?

Hah, well, I have a few favorites here. 1) I think everyone who follows me on Instagram knows that I am a date soul. Royal dates, especially the bon-bon variety, are my passion. No candy needed here. There are days when I want something sweet, then I take a pack and just stretch it out for the whole day. I'm having a date's pleasure day. 2) Dried persimmon. Never tried it? You have lost a lot. Great stuff. It’s always on my and my mother’s table. In Russia it’s nothing, in Europe you can’t find it at all, but I’ve never tried persimmon like in China. It is something! I don’t allow myself to eat it very often, but rather not because of the harmfulness or calorie content, but because of the price.
