  • dinner - salad of 100 g spinach and 2 eggs with 1 tsp. butter and lemon juice to taste, 200 g of lean meat.

Days 3, 10:

  • breakfast - tea or coffee;
  • lunch - 1 egg, salad of 2 boiled carrots with 1 tsp. butter and lemon juice, 100 g cheese;
  • dinner - 250 g of fruit salad (orange, apple, plum, pear) with lemon juice.

Days 4, 11:

  • breakfast – 200 ml fresh apple;
  • lunch - 250 g fish, 1 tomato, 1 apple;
  • dinner - 1 meat cutlet, 200 g spinach salad with herbs, lemon juice and 1 tsp. vegetable oil.

Days 5, 12:

  • breakfast - 200 ml fresh carrot juice;
  • lunch - 100 g of chopped vegetables, 200 g of lean meat;
  • dinner - 1 grated carrot, 2 eggs.

Days 6, 13:

  • breakfast - a cup of tea or coffee, 1 rye cracker;
  • lunch - 150 g shredded cabbage with lemon and 1 tsp. butter, 200 g lean meat;
  • dinner - 130 g cheese, 1 grated carrot.

Days 7, 14:

  • breakfast - a cup of tea or coffee, 1 rye cracker;
  • lunch - 200 g chicken fillet;
  • dinner – 300 g of fruit salad.

For salad dressing, it is recommended to use cold-pressed vegetable oil, as well as freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste. Salt is excluded.

The German diet is one of those few systems in which the advantages and disadvantages are balanced.

Advantages:

  • lack of stress for the body due to a slow and stepwise transition to a low-calorie diet: systems and organs have time to get used to it;
  • deep cleansing of the body thanks to fasting days;
  • guaranteed result;
  • low risk of side effects and serious complications;
  • on ordinary days (not fasting days) you can eat fully, thanks to them, a relative balance of the diet is achieved. At least in the first 3-4 weeks;
  • maintaining the achieved results for several years (provided proper nutrition after the diet);
  • reduction in the size of the stomach, which prevents overeating in the future.

Flaws:

  • difficulties getting used to a new diet;
  • in case of failure, you will have to start all over again;
  • Losing weight for too long;
  • lack of opportunity for a festive feast if it falls on one of the fasting days;
  • in the second half of the diet there is no longer any need to talk about a balanced diet;
