During the cooking process, you can add salt to taste, but who can do without salt, it’s healthier. As a result, you will get approximately 400 grams of pearl barley porridge, perhaps a little less. Divide this entire mass into 5 parts. Each part is the amount of porridge that you will eat with each of 5 meals a day. And now I’m describing the complete diet:
Menu for every day:
- 1 meal: 1/5 part of pearl barley porridge. 1 glass of kefir.
- Meal 2: 1/5 part pearl barley porridge.
- Meal 3: 1/5 part pearl barley porridge. A small piece of baked or boiled fish.
- Meal 4: 1/5 part pearl barley porridge. Unlimited white cabbage (I ate about 1 bowl of coarsely grated cabbage)
- 5th meal: 1/5 part of pearl barley porridge.
During the day I drank water and mineral water without carbon, and sometimes, when I really wanted to, I allowed myself to “sip” a glass of fresh tea without sugar.
As I already said, I lost 35 kilograms on this diet. Of course, I couldn’t sit on it like a robot, without a break. I also had my breakdowns, but, from experience, I can say that normal weight loss is impossible without them; I repeat, we are not insensitive machines. Everything, as I later calculated , I followed my “Pushinka” for 48 days. This, of course, is not 20 kg in 20 days, as many diets promise, but it has been tested in my personal experience and, by the way, the weight does not return after the diet. Although I “got off” it probably a month ago! But still the same centimeters and kilograms! Now I don’t even step on the scale, it’s so obvious that the weight is holding on!
