- 120 g fruit syrup.
Preparation:
- Grind the cookies into fine crumbs, putting them in a bag and rolling them with a rolling pin. You can grind it with a blender.
- Place the resulting crumbs in a dense layer on the bottom of the cake pan, making low sides. Pour over the syrup and place in the oven for 25 minutes, preheated to 180°C.
- Dilute the jelly as stated in the instructions.
- Chop the berries. Place on cooled base.
- Pour in liquid jelly.
- Beat the yogurt with a mixer and pour it over the jelly when it begins to harden.
- Cover the mold with a layer of cling film and place in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
Cake without flour is also delicious
You will need cream - 500 ml, black chocolate - 200 g, eggs 4 pcs., walnuts - 100 g, margarine - 100 g, brown sugar - 100 g, powdered sugar - 50 g.
How to cook:
- Melt chocolate and margarine.
- Grease the mold with margarine.
- Grind the yolks with sugar, and beat the whites into foam.
- Add the yolks to the chocolate, then transfer the whole mass into the whites, beat again.
- Next, place some of the nuts on the bottom of the mold and fill with some of the dough.
- Then add nuts again. Then another layer of dough. The top layer should be nutty.
- Place in the oven at 180 C for 35 or 40 minutes.
- For the cream, whip the cream with powdered sugar and spread the cream on top of the cooled cake.

- 1 glass of semolina;
- 1 large carrot;
- 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal;
- 130 g cottage cheese;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
- Pour semolina into a bowl.
- Mash oatmeal in a mortar, pour into semolina, and add salt.
- In another bowl, beat raw eggs. Add cottage cheese to them and mash well with a fork.
- Coarsely grate the carrots, combine with the rest of the ingredients, move, and leave the mixture for 25 minutes.
- Grease the mold with oil and pour out the mixture.
- Place in the oven preheated to 190–200°C. Cook for 25–30 minutes.
Diet cherry pie in a slow cooker
This multicooker diet pie requires no flour at all, which makes it even healthier. But instead of flour, there are oatmeal - a source of many components necessary for the body. We will also use low-fat kefir for the dough to reduce the calorie content of the dessert. Here's what we need for this recipe:
- oatmeal – 1 cup;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- pitted cherries – 1 cup;
- low-fat kefir – 0.5 cups;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet;
- salt - a pinch.
Let's bake a diet cherry pie in a slow cooker, following the instructions:
- Using a blender, coffee grinder or food processor, turn oatmeal into flour. If difficulties may arise with grinding, it is better to immediately purchase oatmeal instead of flakes.
- Pour kefir into the flour, add soda, and leave for 20 minutes.
- First beat the egg with a mixer, then add sugar and vanilla and beat again.
- Pour this mixture into kefir and flour.
- Add cherries, after removing the pits.
- Lightly grease the multicooker mold with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
- In the “Baking” program at a temperature of 180-200 ° C, bake a diet pie in a slow cooker for 40 minutes.
Apple pie
Apple pie with kefir, the simplest recipe.
Products:
- 3 sweet and sour apples;
- 1 lemon;
- 3 eggs;
- 150 g granulated sugar;
- 250 g low-fat kefir;
- 80 ml vegetable oil;
- 200 g rice flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. baking powder.
Preparation:
- Peel the apples, then grate them on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Pour raw eggs into a separate bowl. Beat them with a special blender attachment until fluffy foam.
- Pour cold kefir and butter into the egg mixture.
- Mix rice flour with baking powder. Pour the dry mixture into the pie base.
- Add apples to the dough. Mix well.
- Grease the mold with oil and lay out the dough.
- Place in a preheated oven. Bake for 45–55 minutes.
Dietary apple-oat pie in a slow cooker
The diet pie that we will bake in a slow cooker according to this recipe has almost no fat. We will need just a little butter, and then only to grease the pan. Instead of eggs, only whites are used here, and we mix regular white wheat flour with oatmeal to make it healthier. Here are the products from which we will prepare this dessert:
- oatmeal – 2.5 tbsp;
- wheat flour – 60 g;
- egg whites – 4 pcs.;
- sweet apples – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 100 g;
- butter – 1 tbsp.
Let's bake a diet pie in a slow cooker according to the instructions:
- Chill the egg whites in the refrigerator to help them whip better. Then beat them into foam with a mixer at high speed. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat.
- Mix both types of flour together. Add them to the protein mixture and mix with a spoon.
- Peel the washed apples and cut out the seeds. Cut the fruit into slices.
- Grease the multicooker pan with a piece of butter. Place apple petals on the bottom. Pour the dough on top and level it with a spoon.
- Now turn on the “Baking” function and wait for the bowl to warm up to 180-200 °C. From this moment, we time it for 25 minutes and bake the diet pie in a slow cooker. We check the readiness with a dry toothpick; if the dough is not raw, cool the dessert and remove it from the bowl.
Curd cookies
We will bake cookies without sugar. It can be placed on the table for everyone who is losing weight and on diets.
Products:
- 2 ripe bananas;
- 50 g cottage cheese;
- 1.5 cups oatmeal;
- a handful of light raisins and dried cranberries;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
- Mash very ripe bananas with a fork.
- Add oatmeal and cottage cheese, beat with a blender.
- Pour warm water over raisins and dried cranberries. Place the softened berries into the dough.
- If the dough turns out liquid, then you need to add oatmeal.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease it a little.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough to form round cookies.
- Bake for a quarter of an hour.
Pie without butter
Pumpkin pie without margarine and butter is the best dish for those who do not want to spoil their figure.

- 0.5 kg pumpkin pulp;
- 250 g oat flour;
- 150 g walnuts;
- 2 raw eggs;
- 250 g yogurt without additives;
- honey to taste.
Preparation:
- Peel the pumpkin and finely chop the pulp.
- Place pumpkin slices on a microwave-safe plate. Bake until soft (3-5 minutes). If you don’t have a microwave, boil in a small amount of water until soft. Then drain the water.
- Cool, grind with a blender.
- Add honey, yogurt and other ingredients to the vegetable puree. Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder.
- Place the mixture in a round shape.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Dietary meat pie
If you can’t live without meat dishes, then diet pie is perfect for you. Calorie content is only 198 kcal per 100 g.
How to bake a meat pie?
Prepare the products:
- 1/2 kg rye flour;
- 8 quail eggs;
- 10 g quick yeast;
- A pinch of salt;
- 250 g each of ground beef and chicken;
- 350 g onions.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onion. Place in a frying pan. Pour in 50 ml of warm water and simmer until soft. Add minced meat.
- Simmer together over low heat until the meat is completely cooked. Add some salt.
- Mix flour with yeast. Pour in raw eggs and add salt.
- Knead a stiff dough, kneading it for at least 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out most of it and place it in a round pan, greased with butter. Place the filling on top.
- Roll out a smaller portion of the dough and place it on top. Seal the edges tightly. Make a hole in the middle for steam to escape.
Cook at medium temperature for 40 minutes.
Lavash pie with cottage cheese and cheese
A delicious lavash pie that resembles traditional khachapuri, but is much juicier and healthier. It has a large amount of juicy curd filling, a creamy taste from the cheese, and thin lavash does not allow you to gain extra pounds. Instead of dill, any greens will work here: cilantro, green onions, parsley, celery stalks.

- Cottage cheese – 390 g.
- Lavash sheet – 150 g.
- Cheese – 45 g.

Preparation:
- Let's prepare the filling. Place the cottage cheese in a convenient container, break an egg into it, and add finely chopped dill. Mix.
- Cut a large sheet of lavash into four equal parts. Place the prepared sheets overlapping in a rectangular baking dish, leaving some to cover the top of the pie.
- Spread the curd filling over the lavash and sprinkle with grated low-fat cheese on top.
- Fold and cover the filling with lavash. For a golden brown crust on top, brush everything with egg yolk.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Remove the pie from baking for 20–25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Baking with cabbage
If you are expecting guests, treat them to baked goods with cabbage. These will be diet pies. Calorie content is only 119.6 kcal per 100 g.
Products:
- 180 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 40 ml of non-liquid yogurt;
- 2 raw and 2 boiled eggs;
- 350 g white cabbage;
- 200 g wheat flour + 70 g rye flour;
- 0.5 tsp each of soda and salt;
- vegetable oil;
- 60 ml low fat milk.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the cabbage and place in a deep frying pan. Add salt and add 0.5 cups of water. When the water has evaporated, add more and bring until soft. Squeeze out the water.
- Mix cabbage with boiled eggs, diced.
- Mix cottage cheese with eggs and yogurt. Add salt and soda, quenched with lemon juice.
- Beat the base with a blender, then add the sifted flour.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into a thin layer.
- Place the filling onto the layer and pinch to form pies. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment greased with oil. Also grease the workpieces with oil.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
Curd soufflé with apples without gelatin
A tender, airy, light soufflé that is delicious served with fresh berries or fruits. The recipe is without added sugar, suitable for diabetics, those losing weight and those on a healthy diet. The dish can be served immediately after baking or cold, after cooling in the refrigerator.

Preparation:
- Chop the cabbage finely, then grind. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Mix the vegetables, add salt, add a little water and simmer.
- Pour soda into kefir and stir until bubbles appear.
- Add the egg, then all the dry ingredients and flour.
- Knead the batter. Pour one layer into a baking dish and spread the filling. Next pour the second layer of dough
- Cook in the oven for 30–35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 10 minutes before ready, brush the pie with butter.
Pumpkin pie

There is a special nutrition system - the Dukan diet. She allows you to eat certain sweets, but you can continue to lose weight. One of these delicacies is diet pumpkin pie. It goes perfectly with tea. According to the Dukan system, dessert is allowed on a protein-vegetable day, but you can eat it just like that. It's not just pumpkin that's an unusual ingredient. You may also need a little lemon zest.
Ingredients:
- baking powder – 1/3 tsp;
- egg – 2 pcs.;
- corn starch - 1 tbsp;
- liquid sugar substitute – 1 tsp;
- sweet pumpkin – 500 g;
- lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Cooking method:
- Wash the pumpkin, peel it, and cut the pulp into small cubes.

Ingredients:
- 130 g low-fat kefir;
- 150 – 200 g of cottage cheese (e 5%);
- 50 g honey;
- 60 ml lemon juice;
- 2 egg whites;
- 15 g gelatin;
- 80 ml water.
Preparation:
- Mix lemon juice with water and soak gelatin.
- Heat over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil.
- In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with kefir and honey.
- Place in gelatin mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until foamy. Gently fold them into the curd mixture.
- Pour the curd mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator overnight.
Pies according to proven recipes
Oatmeal pie is prepared only with flakes.
We will need:
- 2 cups oatmeal;
- 3 eggs;
- 0.5 tbsp. natural yogurt;
- 2 apples;
- 1 pear;
- 2 tbsp. l. sand
- 1 tsp butter;
- vegetable oil;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water, 0.5 cups, over the oatmeal, and then pour in the yogurt.
- Salt and sweeten the eggs, then beat until stiff foam.
- Add the egg mixture to the oatmeal, pour in 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
- Place chopped fruit into the dough.
- Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
- Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
Grease the top of the hot pie with butter.
Simple berry pie
- berries – 250 g.
- oat flakes (ground) – 150 g.
- fermented baked milk or kefir – 200 ml
- egg – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 0.5 cups
- cocoa – 20 g.
- soda – 1 tsp.
1. Beat eggs with sugar, add ground oatmeal, kefir, soda and cocoa. Mix the dough well.
2.Place half of the dough into the mold. Then spread the berries in an even layer and pour the remaining half of the dough on top.
To prevent the berries from sinking to the bottom, add a little flour (0.5 tbsp) to them and roll them in it or mix them.
3. Place the pie in the oven at 180C for about 35 minutes, until done.
The finished pie can be decorated by sprinkling with powdered sugar or milk powder. I did the latter, but sprinkled the powdered milk over the still warm cake, causing it to clump on the surface of the cake. You shouldn’t do this - you need to sprinkle it on the already cooled pie.
The result is a delicious homemade berry pie - chocolatey and light. The simplicity of its composition and accessibility are attractive. All foods except sugar are healthy and usually available. It is better to use sour berries, ideally currants or cherries.

Heat a frying pan and grease it well with vegetable oil. Pour out the dough and spread the filling on it. Cover the pan with a lid and bake over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, making sure that the cake does not burn.

Apple pie with kefir
Apple pie is also prepared very quickly using kefir. But the filling can be anything.
Products:
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml kefir
- Apples – 1 kg
- Sugar – 170 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin to taste
- Flour - approximately 250 g
Preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour kefir and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, add baking powder, vanillin, beat a little with a mixer.
- Add enough flour to make the dough as thick as condensed milk. (It is better to use less flour than to have a dough that is too thick. A thick dough will not bake all the way through and will not be fluffy). Beat with a mixer too.
