The plastic surgeon chooses tactics for eliminating breast ptosis, taking into account the degree of prolapse of the mammary glands, the features of the anatomical structure of the patient’s chest, the condition of the breast skin and the woman’s wishes.
Stage 1 breast ptosis can be treated with a periareolar breast lift.
Severe ptosis is an indication for vertical or T-shaped mastopexy. Breast lipofilling can eliminate minor sagging breast tissue.
