When you lose weight, you usually have to eat a low-calorie diet. However, this does not mean that you have to put a taboo on sweets, because you can treat yourself to a diet oatmeal casserole. Thanks to the variety of recipes, you can always prepare an original dessert.

Oatmeal casserole with apples and cinnamon

Preparing this casserole will not take more than 40 minutes, and the calorie content per 100 g does not exceed 150 kcal, so you can safely serve it in the morning with a glass of orange juice or coffee.

We put it on the table:

  • apples – 2 units;
  • oatmeal – 1 cup;
  • low-fat milk – 300 ml;
  • baking powder – 2 tsp;
  • cinnamon – 3 tsp;
  • olive oil – 1 tsp;
  • chicken egg – 1 unit;
  • sweetener or honey.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Cut the peeled apples into cubes and combine in a bowl with cinnamon, oatmeal, baking powder and sweetener. Mix everything.
  2. In a separate container, mix milk and butter, beat eggs. Stir until smooth, and then add the apple and oatmeal.
  3. Pour the oatmeal into a baking dish and put it in the oven!

The dish is served cold, and if desired, you can sprinkle with grated walnuts.

What are the benefits of oatmeal? Regular consumption of porridge improves emotional state, removes bad cholesterol from the body, and has a positive effect on the functioning of the brain and intestines. Therefore, prepare healthy porridge more often, especially since baked oatmeal with apples can be eaten for lunch and dinner. In the oven it is cooked in a small ceramic form.


  • Oat flakes – 145 g.
  • Apples – 150 g.
  • Water – 300 ml.
  • Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  • Granulated sugar – 50 g.
  • Walnuts - to taste.
  • Vanilla - to taste.

How to do:

  1. Pour the cereal into a deep bowl and pour in hot water. Stir, stand for 12 minutes.
  2. Rinse the apple with water and cut into cubes. If desired, you can peel the skin from the fruit.
  3. Add apples and vanilla to a bowl. Stir.
  4. Break a raw egg and add sugar. Stir with a spoon to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Grease a clay mold with butter, transfer the resulting mixture into it, and smooth it out. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Cook at 180 degrees in the oven for about 35 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.

Oatmeal and Banana Casserole

The recipe for this casserole is very simple and requires minimal basic ingredients, which you can also add at your discretion. The calorie content of this pastry without flour per 100 g is no more than 180 kcal.

We put it on the table:

  • oatmeal – 2 cups;
  • ripe banana – 2 units;
  • chicken egg – 1 unit;
  • low-fat milk – 200 ml;
  • low-fat kefir – 200 ml;
  • soda – 1 tsp;
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp;
  • honey to taste.

Let's start cooking:

  1. In a bowl, mix milk, kefir, and then add oatmeal, soda, cinnamon and honey.
  2. Beat the egg into a bowl and beat everything thoroughly, preferably using a blender.
  3. Pour the oat mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Peel the bananas and cut them into rings, and then place them on the dough.

You can only use milk. In this case, you will need to replace the soda with baking powder or quench it with vinegar.

I didn’t like porridge before and everything connected with it and had never tried porridge, but after this article I changed my mind and really liked this recipe for oatmeal and cottage cheese casserole.   4. Place ½ of the grated apple at the bottom of the mold. Then add the oat mixture and make the apple layer again. Carefully fill with water.

  • raisins – 3 tbsp;

  • dried fruits (optional: dried cherries, dried apricots, raisins, prunes) – 100 g;
  • sweetener;
  • salt - a pinch.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Mix rolled oats and salt in a bowl, add milk. Mix everything and leave for half an hour.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the sweetener and add to the bowl with the rolled oats.
  3. Peel the carrots and pass through a fine grater, and then mix with sour cream and dried fruits.
  4. Combine all the products and bake for 45 minutes.

Grind the cottage cheese with the yolks (I did this with an immersion blender so that not a lump remained), the result is a soft, airy mass. Added semolina, raisins and nuts.

  • half a kilogram of cottage cheese;
  • 400-450 gr. pumpkins;
  • 100-120 gr. oatmeal;
  • a glass of milk;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • three eggs;
  • half a glass of raisins;
  • butter.

How to cook

Step 1:

Pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl and add milk, which needs to be heated to 25-30 degrees. Set aside so that the cereal absorbs the liquid and swells. Milk can also be replaced with kefir or natural yogurt.

Step 2:

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Grate the pulp on a coarse grater. transfer to a saucepan, add half a glass of water and place over medium heat. Simmer until the pumpkin is soft for about 10 minutes. Then drain in a colander, rinse with water and wait until all the water has drained. Transfer to a blender and puree.

Step 3:

Add sugar and half a portion of oatmeal and an egg to the pumpkin puree. Mix well and divide the resulting dough into two equal halves.

Step 4:

Wash the raisins, remove the stems and scald with boiling water. Then drain the water and dry the raisins with napkins to remove moisture.

Step 5:

Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or pass through a sieve. Add the remaining oatmeal, raisins, sugar and two eggs to it. Stir thoroughly and divide this mass into 3 parts.

Step 6:

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Place one part of the curd dough on the bottom and level with a spatula. Place pumpkin mixture on top. Next, alternately, lay out the remaining parts of the dough. The result will be 2 layers with pumpkin and 2 layers with cottage cheese.

Step 7:

Set baking mode for 70 minutes. When an hour has passed, it is advisable to turn the cottage cheese casserole over to the other side so that it also browns.

Place a flat dish on the multicooker bowl. Holding it, sharply turn the dishes over. The casserole will easily fall out onto the plate. All that remains is to cut it into pieces and pour honey over it.
