General rules

There are different versions of oatmeal pies with apple filling. For preparation, you can use flakes or oatmeal. It is better to choose small flakes; you can use an instant product.

You can buy oat flour at the store, but you can make your own oatmeal using a coffee grinder. You can also bake a pie from ready-made porridge, which is left over, for example, after breakfast.

For the filling, choose apples with firm flesh and a sweet and sour taste. Such fruits will make the taste of your pie more harmonious.

Dietary apple-carrot pie

Another healthy and delicious apple pie recipe. This time we will add carrots to the apples, which will make the taste of the dessert unforgettable.

  • 2 apples and 2 carrots. Wash, clean, grate on a fine grater. You can also puree in a blender if you want your cake to be smooth.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 cup flour. We'll take oatmeal. You can buy ready-made flour, or you can make it yourself from oatmeal. We use whole grain flakes. You need to grind them in a coffee grinder until they become oatmeal.
  • 1 glass of kefir. You can use low-fat kefir.
  • Any sweetener to your taste. It is good to use honey in this recipe.

First, mix kefir with flour and leave for a couple of minutes so that our pp dough swells. At this time, beat the eggs with sweetener. Combine the eggs with the dough and put the apples and carrots there. Mix everything thoroughly and place in the oven for 40 minutes.

Pie with apples and oatmeal

Having prepared apple pie with oatmeal according to this recipe, you will be surprised that the baked goods have a nutty flavor, although nuts are not included in the recipe. Toasted flakes give this effect.

Products:

  • 140 gr. butter (15 grams from this amount, separate for frying the flakes);
  • 100 gr. oat flakes;
  • 170 gr. sugar (40 grams of this amount for sprinkling);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 120 gr. flour:
  • a third of a teaspoon of soda;
  • a little lemon juice;
  • 6 apples;
  • a third of a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Melt 15 gr. oil in a frying pan, add the flakes and fry until a nutty aroma appears. The flakes should turn light brown.

Beat the remaining butter, adding 130 g. Sahara. When the mass becomes fluffy, add eggs (one at a time). Quench the baking soda in lemon juice and pour this mixture into the prepared egg-butter mixture. Add flour and toasted flakes and stir. Place the mixture in a greased pan.

Cut 2 apples into slices, grind the rest on a grater or in a blender until pureed. We spread the puree onto the dough layer, and then arrange the slices beautifully. Sprinkle with a mixture made from cinnamon and sugar. Place in a hot oven (190°C) for 45-55 minutes.

Fruit fantasies

A good alternative to the popular charlotte would be oatmeal pie with apples, which is quickly prepared and eaten even faster.

Ingredients

  • apples – 1 piece;
  • raisins – 1/3 cup;
  • cottage cheese – 250 g;

  3. Pour the second mixture into the bowl with the butter, stirring well until crumbly.
  4. Prepare the filling with cottage cheese: grind the product with egg and sugar. Add washed and dried raisins.
  5. Place a third of the dough into the baking dish and press lightly with a fork.
  6. Peel the apple and grate the top.
  7. Place a ball of curd filling.
  8. Season the second part of the dough with almond flakes and knead.
  9. Place on top.
  10. At a temperature of 180 degrees. bake for 30-40 minutes.

You can also make apple pie with oatmeal using a different recipe.

Ingredients

  • instant cereal - 1 cup;
  • semolina – 50 g;
  • 2 small apples of non-sour varieties;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 1 egg;
  • margarine - for greasing the mold - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla sugar, cinnamon;
  • 0.5 cups sugar.

Cooking method

  1. Grind the egg with sugar, add sour cream. Add spices.
  2. Pour the mixture of flakes and semolina. Leave to soften for 20 minutes.
  3. Peel the apples. Cut into slices.
  4. Place a layer of apple slices on a baking sheet greased with margarine.
  5. Place the dough on top.
  6. Bake at 150 degrees until lightly brown.
  7. Turn the cooled pie over with the apples on top.

Let's prepare oatmeal pie with kefir. The main fruit ingredient in it will be banana, which, in combination with cocoa, gives the finished baked goods an interesting taste. This banana pie is suitable for those who are not used to bothering with dough.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas;
  • low-fat kefir – 100 ml;
  • cocoa powder – 2 tsp;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • soda 0.5 tsp;
  • oat flakes – 150 g;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  1. Mix all ingredients except bananas. Kefir should be at room temperature.

Many people are familiar with the recipe for bulk apple pie. It is usually prepared with semolina, but there is a recipe for baking with oatmeal. We will prepare the filling from apples and pumpkin.

Baking products:

  • 70 gr. regular flour;
  • 70 gr. whole grain flour;
  • 100 gr. instant cereal;
  • 110 gr. Sahara;
  • 130 gr. butter;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 200 gr. raw juicy pumpkin;
  • 2-3 apples.

Pour both types of flour, oatmeal and sugar into a bowl. Stir and add baking powder. Add butter, cut into small pieces, and grind into fine crumbs. Grate the pumpkin and apples and mix.

The main secret to making this dessert is the dough! How to make dough low-calorie and healthy? Follow these simple tips:

  • Use whole wheat flour. Instead of regular wheat flour, you can always add a healthier type of flour to the recipe that has not been heavily processed. What type of flour should I choose? You have such an arsenal at your disposal - whole grain wheat, rye, buckwheat, oatmeal and even flax. You can make some types of flour at home. So, in order to make oatmeal or flaxseed flour, you just need to grind oatmeal or flaxseeds in a coffee grinder.
  • If you doubt whether you should completely replace wheat flour with whole grain flour, mix the two types in equal proportions! Over time, you will figure out your ideal proportions and combinations.
  • Take bran. There are recipes for dietary apple pie dough that are completely free of flour. Instead, you will find bran in the ingredients, which is strictly a dietary supplement. This product is rich in fiber, which improves digestion processes.
  • Cottage cheese. You can also prepare pie dough using cottage cheese. Use low-fat cottage cheese. The main rule is to take cottage cheese without sourness, because you will be preparing a sweet dessert! Adding this ingredient will significantly reduce the calorie content of charlotte and add protein to your diet!
  • Protein. In order to make pp dough, an additive such as protein is often used. This is relevant for those who very carefully monitor their exercise routine and work out in the gym. One protein scoop contains approximately 25 grams of protein, which means you can make your pp pie a real high-protein product.

Those who are watching the caloric content of their diet should prepare a diet oatmeal pie. These baked goods are prepared without flour and without sugar. Eggs are included in the recipe, but only the yolk contains fat, so we will put only 1 whole egg and 2 more whites.

Instead of sugar, we will add honey; this is, of course, a high-calorie product, but it is healthier than sugar. The calorie content of this baking will be 120 kcal per 100 g.

Products for diet pie:

  • 1 cup oat flakes (thin);
  • 3 eggs (two yolks are not needed)
  • 1 glass of low-fat milk;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • a little oil to lubricate the mold;
  • 1-2 spoons of semolina.

It is better to prepare the pie in a silicone mold; it can be greased with a small amount of oil and sprinkled with semolina. Semolina is used to create a delicious crust on the pie. If you only have a metal mold, you will have to grease it more thoroughly and also sprinkle it with semolina.

We heat the milk, but do not boil, pour it over the cereal and let it sit until the cereal swells. Warm up the honey a little (it’s convenient to do this in a microwave oven; heating will only take 2-3 seconds). Mix liquid, but not hot honey with eggs (3 whites and 1 yolk), beat this mass well with a mixer.

Cut the apples into small pieces. Mix the egg mass with the swollen flakes. Place apple slices on the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon. Fill with dough (it will be runny).

Cook at 180 degrees for three quarters of an hour. The pie should be baked well; you can check its readiness with a wooden skewer. If it remains dry when piercing the pie, then you can stop baking.

Lenten pie with blocks and nuts

During Lent, you can make oatmeal pie without eggs and milk.

A Lenten pie is prepared from the following set of products:

  • 100 gr. oatmeal;
  • 150 gr. flour;
  • 50 gr. ground almonds (or other nuts);
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder;
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar;
  • a third of a spoon of cinnamon;
  • 100 gr. peeled, finely grated carrots;
  • 100 ml vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac, diluted in a tablespoon of water (or 2 tablespoons of water).

Filling:

  • 700 g peeled apples;
  • sugar, cinnamon to taste;
  • 3 tablespoons of semolina.

Mix grated carrots with granulated sugar and cinnamon, grind, add flour, flakes, water with cognac and butter. Knead soft dough.

Cover the mold (24-26 cm in diameter) with baking paper, spread a little more than half of the oatmeal dough so that low sides are formed. Sprinkle the dough with semolina.

Chop the apples, add sugar and cinnamon (to taste). Place on the dough in layers, sprinkling each layer with a small amount of semolina.

Oatmeal pie with cottage cheese

If your children refuse to eat healthy foods, preferring sweet pastries, try to “trick” them by making an oatmeal pie with cottage cheese.

For the base you need to prepare:

  • 300 gr. cereal;
  • 100 gr. flour;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 100 gr. Sahara;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • ground almonds or almond flakes (optional);

For filling:

  • 300 gr. cottage cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 gr. Sahara;
  • 100 gr. raisins;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar;
  • 2 apples.

We combine all the dry ingredients for the dough: cereal, flour, salt, sugar, baking powder. Pour in the melted butter, mix until you get coarse crumbs. The base is ready.

For the curd layer, mix the cottage cheese with a raw egg, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar, grind the mass well, achieving homogeneity. Add thoroughly washed and dried raisins.

Grease the pan with oil and lay out most of the base (about two-thirds). Distribute grated apples on top. Then lay out the curd layer. The top of the pie will be the remaining base. You can sprinkle the cake with almond petals or ground nuts on top. Bake for 45 minutes at medium heat (180-190°C).

  • 150 grams of corn flour. This should be finely ground flour.
  • 6 eggs. We use only yolks!
  • Fitparad or any other sweetener to your taste

Mix the yolks with corn flour and sweetener. You have got the crumbs for our pp pie. Now take the mold and line the bottom with parchment. Lay out most of the dough and tamp it down. The next layer is grated apples. Sprinkle the rest of the dough on top of the pie and put it in the oven. Once the pie has browned, you can take it out and enjoy the amazing taste!

Oatmeal pie

You can bake a pie not from cereal, but from oatmeal; such baking turns out to be especially tender.

Products:

  • 1.5 cups oatmeal;
  • 3-4 flour;
  • 50 gr. dried apricots;
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • 6 tablespoons sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder;
  • 1-2 spoons of semolina;
  • a little oil.

Peel the apples and cut into large strips. Pour boiling water over the dried apricots to make them softer. After 10 minutes, drain the water, wash the dried fruits and cut into pieces. Mix apples with dried apricots, add sugar to taste.

Advice! If you don’t have dried apricots, you can add the same amount of other dried fruits or candied fruits to the pie. You can do without this ingredient.

Mix the eggs with vanilla and the remaining sugar and beat until a light, light foam is obtained. Add baking powder to this mixture. We gradually introduce oatmeal. Add it in small portions, mixing thoroughly.

Grease the mold with any oil (odorless), sprinkle with semolina. Spread the fruit filling and smooth it out. Pour the prepared dough on top. Cook the pie for three quarters of an hour at 180 degrees.

Oatmeal pie with kefir

  • Oatmeal 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 2 cups

  • Kefir 500 ml

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil 2.5 tbsp
  • Prunes (or other dried fruits to taste) 150 g

To prepare we need: half a liter of kefir of any fat content, wheat flour, oatmeal, sugar, chicken eggs, soda, vinegar or lemon juice, prunes and refined vegetable oil. It is advisable to use finely ground oatmeal, but it is better to grind traditional ones first using a blender. Prunes, of course, need to be pitted. To measure dry ingredients I use a multi-glass, mine is 160 ml.

First, combine kefir, sugar and eggs in a deep bowl. Mix. It’s good if you can use a mixer for mixing, it will be much faster.

Add oatmeal. Mix again. Let the dough sit for a while so that the oatmeal absorbs some of the liquid. For now, let's prepare the prunes.

We wash the prunes and soak them briefly in water. If the prunes are soft and juicy, then it is not necessary to soak them, and vice versa - if the fruits are a bit dry, you should keep them soaked in water longer.

Let's return to the test. Add wheat flour, two tablespoons of vegetable oil (odorless) and soda slaked with vinegar or lemon juice to the previously obtained mass.

Stir until smooth. The dough should be of medium thickness; if it’s a bit runny, add a little more flour.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil (the remaining half a spoonful of the amount indicated in the ingredients goes here).

Place the resulting dough into the bowl.

Drain the water from the prunes and dry them with a napkin. Then we stick the prunes over the entire area of ​​the pie, but it is not necessary to “drown” the prunes completely; the dough will rise during baking and “absorb” the prunes. Place the bowl in the multicooker and cook the pie in the “Baking” mode for one hour. After this, the pie is ready (more precisely, it is ready in my slow cooker; baking time may vary for different models), but it looks pale and not very appetizing on top. To fix this, turn the pie over to the other side and brown for ten to fifteen minutes.

It is better to let the finished pie cool before serving, as I found it tastier than warm. The prunes steam well during baking and turn out soft and juicy. Bon appetit!

Baking from ready-made oatmeal

If there is oatmeal left over after breakfast, you should not throw it away; it can become the basis for a delicious pie. Such pastries are so tasty that, next time, you will probably specially cook more porridge to bake the pie again.

To make oatmeal pie you will need:

  • ready-made cooled porridge, cooked from 0.5 liters of milk and 0.5 cups of oatmeal with added sugar (to taste);
  • 1 banana;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons (heaped) of flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 50 gr. prunes or other dried fruits;
  • 1 apple;
  • oil for preparing the mold.

Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, add half the amount of sugar and beat at the lowest speed of the mixer. As soon as the mass begins to become fluffy, switch the mixer to a higher speed and gradually add the remaining sugar.

Oatmeal pie with banana filling

An exquisite dessert would be oatmeal pie with banana filling.

To prepare the base, take:

  • 2 cups oatmeal;
  • 0.25 cups of any ground nuts;
  • 6 tablespoons milk;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;

For filling and filling:

  • 2 apples;
  • 120 gr. yogurt or sour cream;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 large banana;
  • 1 tablespoon flour;
  • a pinch of vanillin.

Grind the flakes in a blender or coffee grinder, but not to the point of flour, you should get fine grains. Mix ground flakes with nuts and baking powder.
