In general, it is a storehouse of saturated fats and simple carbohydrates that spoil your figure and health. I had to once again take everything into my own hands and remake the classic recipe: I replaced the butter with tender low-fat cottage cheese, and the cookies with bran. The result is a hearty and healthy dessert with a high content of protein and fiber, the taste of which even children will love!

By the way, I rarely cook something twice in a row, because I still have a lot of ideas, but it was this dessert that my husband liked the most, and now he often asks to make “Potato”!
