Stewed cabbage in a slow cooker - a simple classic recipe

Take:

  • White cabbage – 1 kg.
  • Onion.
  • Carrots - a couple.
  • Tomato paste – 2 large spoons.
  • Oil, pepper, salt.

How to put it out:

Chop the head of cabbage into any cuts - strips or pieces.

Coarsely grate the carrots and chop the onion into small cubes.

Pour oil into the bowl, set the “Frying” or “Baking” mode if your pressure cooker does not have what you need. Throw in the onion slices, after a couple of minutes add the carrots. Fry the vegetables until they become a nice color. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes. Do not forget that the vegetables must be stirred.

Add chopped cabbage to the bowl, turn the mode to “Stew”. Mix the ingredients and close the lid. Set the timer for 40 minutes - this is the total stewing time.

After 20 minutes from the start of cooking, add the tomato, add salt, and taste. If desired, you can add a little sugar. Be sure to splash a little water.

Continue simmering the dish for another 15 minutes.

  • 225 g broccoli;
  • 45 ml oil (vest.);

  1. We wash the broccoli, dry it and separate it into inflorescences, cutting off the rough parts.
  2. Heat the oil well in a frying pan and this is very important, because if you put the inflorescences in cold oil, the broccoli will give a lot of juice, become ugly in color and very soft.
  3. So, lay out the broccoli, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with spices, stir and immediately remove from heat.

How to cook stewed cabbage with potatoes

A very popular recipe for stew with potatoes and cabbage . Many people love it for its satiety and excellent taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 0.5 kg.
  • Cabbage - forks.
  • Potatoes – 1 kg.
  • Carrot.
  • Onion - large head.
  • Water - a glass.

  5. When the required time has passed, open the lid of the multicooker and add ketchup (or tomato paste) to the fryer. Add salt to your taste and then mix the contents thoroughly. It is recommended to do this with a wooden or plastic spoon, never metal, otherwise you may damage the non-stick coating of the bowl.
  6. Now let's get to the cabbage. Wash the head of cabbage thoroughly and remove the top damaged leaves.
  7. Finely chop the cabbage.
  8. Open the lid of the multicooker and pour the chopped vegetable inside.
  9. Pour in 1 glass of water and mix the contents thoroughly.
  10. Switch the cooking mode from “Baking” to “Stewing” and set the timer for 1 hour.
  11. All you have to do is wait for the multicooker to signal the end of the program, after which you need to transfer the contents into a clean container and let it sit for another 7-10 minutes, without covering it with a lid, to saturate it with oxygen.

Recipe for stewed cabbage with sausages

A dish beloved in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland. You can use smoked sausages if you like a smoky flavor.

Required:

  • Head of cabbage – ¼ part.

  • Tomato – big spoon.
  • Greens - several branches.
  • Bulb.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Water – ½ cup.

  • Cauliflower – 0.5 kg.

  • Onion - head.

How to put it out:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings. Divide the chicken fillet into cubes. Separate the cabbage into inflorescences.

  1. Steam the prunes in advance, then drain the liquid and cut the fruit into pieces.
  2. Cut the champignons in the same way. Place them in the pressure cooker bowl and add oil. Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes. The intended mode is “Frying” or “Baking”.
  3. Add the diced onion to the mushrooms and cook until the cubes are soft.
  4. Add beans, pour tomato sauce from the jar. Sweeten it a little. When the contents boil, transfer the prunes to the bowl.
  5. Finely chop with a fork and follow with the prunes. Add some water and set the gadget to “Stew.” Extinguishing time – 40 minutes. Don't forget to stir the food a couple of times during the stewing process.

With prunes

Many may think that stewed cabbage does not combine with dried fruits, so we suggest trying the recipe with prunes to dispel all doubts.

Ingredients:

  • 625 g cabbage;
  • onions and carrots;
  • 65 g tomato paste;
  • salt, pepper, spices (rosemary, cumin, cumin, coriander).

  2. First, fry the chopped onion. After a few minutes of intense frying, add the minced meat. Continue frying, breaking the meat ball into small fractions. Use the "Fry" mode. The whole process will take approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Switch the program to “Extinguishing”. Add remaining components. Set the timer for 30 minutes and wait for the signal. This is not in the original recipe, but sometimes I add sour cream or serve it on the table in a separate bowl.

This is one of the most familiar vegetable products for us, which is also an irreplaceable source of nutrients in the diet. The product contains:

  • champignons - 300 g;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • hot water - 200−250 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. First you should prepare the mushrooms. To do this, they need to be thoroughly washed and cut into thin slices.
  2. After this, you need to wash the cabbage, peel off the outer outer leaves and also finely chop.
  3. Now peel the onions and carrots. Next, chop the vegetables: three carrots on a medium grater, cut the onion into cubes.
  4. Turn on and heat up the multicooker, pour a small amount of vegetable oil on the bottom and set the “Frying” mode.
  5. When the oil is hot enough and crackles happily, you will need to add the champignons and cook on the specified program for 10 minutes.
  6. Now add the carrots and onions and fry in the same mode for another 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
