Boiled diet

General rules

Nutritionists say that you can lose weight without any problems on a simple cooked diet. In approximately 14 days, following the menu and regimen, you can remove up to 10 extra kg. The main principle of the diet is to consume exclusively boiled foods, which allows you to:

  • preserve the maximum usefulness and at the same time do not increase the calorie content and harm from food, because no fat is used during cooking and, as a result, trans fats or carcinogens are not formed, as happens, for example, when frying;
  • reduce the load on the liver, pancreas, stomach and generally improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract; in addition, pectins are better absorbed, the intestines are cleansed, toxins and the body’s condition improves.

Remember that meals should be fractional - in small portions (no more than 300 g), 4-6 times during the day, you need to finish your meal no later than 19:00. Losing weight and reducing daily calorie intake does not occur through fasting, but by eliminating sweets, flour and fried foods from the diet.

An effective diet based on boiled food

A boiled diet is a good way not only to get rid of a few extra pounds , but also to improve digestion and acquire healthy eating habits.
The duration of this diet is 14 days. The basis of the boiled diet is, as the name implies, mainly food prepared by boiling or steaming - these are vegetables, cereals, lean meat and fish. This cooking method is the most gentle on food. In boiled foods, most of the beneficial substances that are destroyed by frying are retained, and harmful carcinogenic substances are not formed, as, for example, in fried foods. In addition, cooked foods, prepared without the use of fats and oils, contain very few calories.

When eating boiled food during a diet, your digestive system experiences less stress , the food you eat is better absorbed, and therefore brings more benefits. Some substances, for example, pectins, are absorbed much better when cooked than raw. The same can be said about cabbage.

The calorie content of the diet during the boiled diet is reduced mainly due to the exclusion of fatty and fried foods, as well as bread, flour products and sweets. If you are used to eating a lot of fatty foods, confectionery, various semi-finished products, and also salting your food abundantly, then at first the cooked diet will seem bland and tasteless to you. In this case, a boiled diet will be even more useful for you - this is a good opportunity to change your eating habits and fall in love with wholesome healthy food, which in the future will have a very positive effect not only on your figure, but also on your health.

Varieties

  • The boiled chicken fillet diet is a mono-diet that can be followed without harm to health for no more than 5 days. You only need to eat chopped fillet and herbs (celery, dill, parsley, ginger, spinach). Such emergency measures allow you to remove 7 extra pounds in a matter of days.
  • A vegetable diet is a vegetarian option for losing weight by 3-5 kg in a week; in addition to vegetable soups, you can also eat nuts, one fresh fruit and a couple of rye toasts a day.
  • Egg is an easy way to remove a couple of centimeters from your waist in 3 days; in addition to eggs, the menu also includes a portion of porridge for breakfast.

Basic principles

It is not difficult to guess the main rule of the boiled diet - all foods (even fruits) should be consumed only in boiled form. The classic version excludes all other cooking methods - steaming, baking, grilling, stewing. A freer design allows the use of a double boiler. You also need:

  1. Stick to fractional meals: 5 times a day in small portions.
  2. Eat strictly according to schedule.
  3. Reduce your usual daily diet by 300-500 kcal.
  4. Drink a lot of water (up to 2 liters per day).
  5. If the diet lasts more than a week, take a multivitamin complex
  6. Play sports or at least increase physical activity.

Recommendations regarding meals:

  • breakfast should be carbohydrate (the ideal option is porridge cooked in water or low-fat milk) and a little protein (an egg or a sandwich with meat);
  • lunch - fortified (boiled fruits and berries);
  • lunch - as high in calories as possible, soup is required, as well as a dish of boiled vegetables;
  • afternoon snack - protein, the optimal choice is baked milk;
  • dinner - mostly protein (fish, meat) and a little carbohydrate (side dish), served 3 hours before bedtime.

Prohibited products include:

  • bakery products, pastries;
  • alcoholic, carbonated, energy drinks;
  • fresh juices;
  • milk;
  • pickles, marinades;
  • fatty meat, fish, dairy products;
  • dried, stewed, baked, fried food.

There are also a number of foods that the boiled diet allows you to eat, but in limited quantities:

  • fresh fruits and berries (2 times a week);
  • salt (no more than 5 g per day);
  • pasta (once a week);
  • olive oil (no more than 1 tbsp per day for salad dressing);
  • dairy products.

  • fish;
  • eggs and lean meat (veal, rabbit, poultry);
  • any vegetables (approx. It is better to use less starchy potatoes - young ones);
