After all, consuming Doshirak in small quantities will not cause destructive harm, but a systematic addiction to instant noodles can lead to the following potential problems:

But you can’t constantly eat fast noodles either, because this is fraught with a deficiency of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and the development of vitamin deficiency. The priority should always be natural products, meat, fresh vegetables and fruits.
