Fruit salads are a sea of fantasy. When preparing them, you can combine the fruit in a variety of combinations. In addition, you can add a variety of berries and nuts to the salad, which will only benefit the taste.
Preparing a fruit salad couldn't be easier; you just need to wash the fruits, remove seeds or seeds and cut them. You need to cut into medium-sized pieces, because if you cut too finely, the fruit will turn into an unappetizing porridge.
When choosing yogurt for a fruit salad, it is better to give preference to a natural product that does not contain sugar or additives. Using this dressing, you can independently control the amount of sugar in the salad. And if you take sweet yogurt, the dish may turn out to be completely non-dietary.
Natural yogurt with a short shelf life should be used to prepare fruit salads for children. And if you prepare yogurt at home, then this dressing option will be the most delicious and healthy.
You can serve the salad in a large salad bowl, but it is better to divide it into portioned bowls. All that remains is to decorate the fruit salad. First, let's learn a simple fruit salad recipe. Despite the simplicity of preparation, the dessert turns out very tasty and healthy.
- 3 medium apples;
- 1 orange;
- 1 banana;
- 100 gr. natural yogurt;
- lemon slice;
- sugar or powdered sugar to taste.
Peel the orange and separate it into slices. We clear each slice of film partitions and cut into three parts. Wash the apples well, the skin can be peeled, but if it is thin, then it is not necessary to cut off the skin. Cut out the seed pods and cut the apples into small slices. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and immediately mix the apples with the orange slices. The acidic juice of citrus fruits will prevent the fruit from browning.
Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Mix bananas with other fruits. Season the salad with yogurt and season to taste with sugar or powdered sugar.
Advice! This salad can be prepared with different types of fruits. You can add pears, kiwi, and grapes. In summer you can use peaches, apricots, and plums.

Preparation:
Mix yogurt with ice cream until smooth. Peel the banana and cut into small cubes. Wash the berries and cut them if desired. Place bananas on the bottom of the salad bowl, then sprinkle with rolled oats and nuts, and pour in honey. Lay out the berries. Fill everything with yogurt and ice cream. Basically, any fruit salad contains some calories. Of course, if you don’t use whipped cream for dressing and don’t decorate the dish with chocolate. But if you want to prepare a diet salad, then you need to do without sugar. And for dressing you should choose yogurt with a low fat content. Also, it is not recommended to add bananas and grapes to the salad, since these types of fruits are the most high-calorie.

- 1 large sweet apple;
- 1-2 pieces of ripe persimmon;
- 1 kiwi;
- 1 orange;
- 300 gr. grape variety "Lady's finger"; (you can use another grape variety);
- 150 gr. marshmallows;
- 50-100 gr. fruit sweet yoghurt for dressing.
Wash all fruits well. Peel the apples from seeds and peels and cut into small slices. Persimmons also need to be peeled, pitted and chopped. The persimmon skin is a little astringent, so it is better to remove it, but if you like the astringent taste of persimmon, then you do not need to peel the fruit.
Advice! If you use homemade natural yogurt to make a salad, you can mix it with jam or syrup to taste.
Peel the kiwi and orange. Cut the kiwi into small slices. We disassemble the orange into slices, free it from the film-partitions and cut it into three parts. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Mix all the prepared fruits.
