Layered salad with apple, carrots, eggs and cheese
Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 2 apples;
- 2 carrots;
- 150 g cheese;
- a few tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate them and peeled apples on a coarse grater, and raw carrots and cheese on a fine grater.
Place half the apples on a plate and cover them with a mesh of mayonnaise. Distribute half the eggs on top, add salt and also cover with mayonnaise. Then lay out half the carrots, salt them too and cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with half the cheese and cover with mayonnaise. Repeat the layers in the same order again.
