  • Granulated or loose leaf tea – 3 tablespoons;
  • Ginger;
  • Cinnamon;

  • Kefir – 500 mg.

This fat-burning cocktail perfectly accelerates metabolism, however, a high content of spices “in one glass” can lead to digestive problems. Therefore, you should take this remedy no more than once a day, and it is better not to do this on an empty stomach.

Berry cocktail with kefir

To prepare this light, flavorful and refreshing cocktail you will need

  • ½ cup kefir;
  • ½ glass of mineral water;
  • 50 grams of currants, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or any other berries of your choice (excluding cranberries, which will make the drink too sour).

Mash the berries, add kefir and top up with mineral water. Mix well, you can beat with a mixer until smooth, or you can leave it just like that, “with the berries.” If desired, you can add a mint leaf or sweeten the berry smoothie with a little honey.

Green leaf tea must be thoroughly ground in a blender, add water, strawberries, kefir and honey.

Kefir cocktail with dried fruits

This drink will be very appropriate as a dinner - it will create a feeling of fullness, and will help improve metabolism, normalize digestion and cleanse the body.

To prepare it, take a glass of kefir:

  • 4-5 pieces of prunes,
  • 4-5 pieces of dried apricots,
  • a tablespoon of bran,
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Rinse the dried fruits well, cover with hot water and leave to “steam” until cool, then chop finely. Add bran and a little cinnamon; if desired, you can also add a handful of fresh berries (any). Pour in kefir and use a blender to bring the mixture until smooth.

To prepare it, you need to take one large apple (or two small ones), remove seeds and peel, cut into pieces and blend in a blender along with a glass of kefir. You can add ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the kefir-apple mixture - it tastes great with apples and will enhance the weight loss effect.

Oatmeal kefir cocktail with currants

To prepare the drink you will need (for two servings):

  • 300 grams of tomato juice;
  • 100 grams of kefir;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • dill greens.

Preparation:
Pour 150 grams of tomato juice into a glass, add salt if it is unsalted, and stir.

Now pour in the kefir. Don't stir yet.

Chop the dill and pour into a glass. Stir the contents of the glass with two or three turns of a teaspoon. Sprinkle black pepper on top, garnish with a leaf of parsley or dill and serve immediately.

If you pour more tomato juice, and, on the contrary, a little bit of kefir, you will get a completely different drink, in which the kefir is practically not felt. But in this case, the cocktail must be stirred well with a spoon.

Everyone will love this kefir cocktail! Especially children. After all, it tastes like drinking yogurt, which kids love so much. But there are definitely no preservatives, thickeners, or GMOs in it!

To prepare the drink you will need (for two servings):

  • 150 grams of fresh or frozen raspberries;
  • 400 grams of kefir;
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar;
  • vanilla to taste.

Preparation:
If the berries are frozen, defrost them at room temperature or in the microwave. Place them in a blender and puree.

Add sugar and vanillin to the raspberry puree and stir well. You can beat it again with a blender.

Pour kefir into the mixer and beat until bubbles appear.

Pour kefir into a glass (3/4 volume). Add raspberry puree, spreading it around the edge of the glass. Since it doesn’t sink well, use the back of a teaspoon to make “grooves” near the very walls of the glass, along which the berry puree will slide down beautifully.   • 3 full glasses of kefir;
