As a result, we should get a medium soft dough. If it does not stick to your hands, then roll it into a ball, cover it with film, and then place it in the refrigerator.

After pouring a little flour onto the table, mix in our ball of dough until it does not stick to your fingers. The mixture is rolled into a ball again, wrapped in film and placed in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Next, take out the dough and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin from the center to the edges to form a ball 1–3 mm in size. First sprinkle the rolling pin and surface with flour.

After rolling out the dough, you can cut it into any shape - triangles, squares or strips. With these proportions, you should have 2-2.5 baking sheets. If you cook in 1 batch, then the time of placing in the oven at 200 degrees is 20 minutes. If you cook 2 baking sheets at the same time, it will take longer for the crust to crisp up.
