  • If you don't like to cook, then the limited number of products and the almost complete absence of additives will make you think about the need for a diet, and maybe even make you move away from it altogether.
  • Choosing approved foods for people with allergies or individual intolerances can be a problem, so it is better to consult a doctor before starting a diet.
  • If you have a sweet tooth, then the decision to give up your favorite desserts can lead you to depression. But this is nothing more than a trick of the brain. The Dukan omelette on a Cruise slightly expands the list of ingredients. You will need canned tuna (half a jar), a spoonful of low-fat yogurt, 2 eggs. You can also use spices (oregano, thyme, pepper).

To prepare this dish you will need 12 pcs. boiled and peeled shrimp. Also take 2 eggs, 100 ml skim milk, seasonings, salt and dill.

Prepare an omelette mixture from eggs, milk, salt, and spices. Pour the eggs into the bowl, place the shrimp on top, cook for 12-15 minutes (Milk porridge order is ideal). Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill.

With onions and bell peppers

This Dukan omelet recipe is applicable on Alternation (except for days dedicated to pure proteins) and on Consolidation (except for Protein Thursday). You will need: an egg, a small onion, half a small bell pepper, dill, seasonings and salt.

Chop the onion and pepper very finely, chop the greens, beat the egg with salt and seasonings. Combine everything, pour into a silicone mold and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes (190 degrees).

With zucchini and mushrooms

This recipe is applicable in the same steps as the previous one. You will need mushrooms and zucchini (100 g of both), small bell peppers, eggs (2 pcs.) and 50 ml of low-fat milk. Also take 3 lettuce leaves and salted mushrooms (3 pcs.).

Wash, cut, and fry fresh mushrooms for 0.5 tsp. vegetable oil 3 minutes. Then add thinly sliced ​​zucchini and cook for a couple more minutes. Add sweet pepper, salt and season. Prepare an omelette mixture from eggs, milk, salt, and seasonings. Pour it into the pan with the vegetables. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Serve on a lettuce leaf, garnished with pickled mushrooms.

The attack stage should not be delayed, otherwise the Dukan diet, instead of benefit, can cause serious harm to the body.

Authorized products:

  • meat (beef, horse meat, rabbit);
  • offal (tongue, heart, liver, kidneys);
  • fish (boiled, stewed, smoked, as well as canned fish without oil);
  • seafood (without limitation of types);
  • ham (fat content no more than 4 percent);
  • poultry meat without skin (with the exception of goose and duck);
  • eggs (whites can be eaten without restrictions, yolks - only in small quantities, especially if the level of cholesterol in the blood is high);
  • fermented milk products (low-fat cottage cheese, milk, yoghurts without pieces of fruit, kefir, fermented baked milk);
  • oat bran in the amount of one and a half tablespoons (they can be added to yogurt or made into flat cakes);
  • at least 1.5 liters of clean water daily;
  • tea, coffee (natural, instant, chicory coffee drinks), herbal infusions, Lite sparkling water;
  • spices and seasonings (salt in moderation, tomato paste, onion, garlic, basil, cilantro, dill, parsley).


Meat can be cooked in any convenient way, including frying in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

The third stage of the diet: Consolidation

The third stage of the Dukan diet is called Consolidation or Consolidation. The duration of the third depends on how much weight you lost during the previous two. We will “consolidate” each lost kilogram for 10 days.

This is a very important stage. Although it seems to you that you have already achieved your goal and the scale arrow shows the numbers that you have long dreamed of, the lost kilograms can return at any time. Your weight does not belong to you yet; there is a long stage ahead of consolidating the results obtained.

The biggest mistake you can make is going back to your old eating habits. The consequences of such a rash step will be catastrophic - the excess weight will return quickly, and besides, you will gain about 10 kilograms on top of it. To prevent this from happening, we will strictly adhere to the rules of the 3rd stage of the diet. Your body is influenced by the diet that you have been following for several months, and you have yet to find mutual understanding with it.

This stage is the most difficult, since the so-called “yo-yo effect” is activated in the body. The body tries by any means to regain the lost kilograms. To do this, it uses three mechanisms:

  1. the feeling of hunger sharply worsens
  2. energy consumption decreases, this is expressed primarily in increased fatigue, sensitivity to cold increases, the need for sleep and rest increases, hair and nail growth slows down, memory deteriorates
  3. the body's ability to extract calories from the food consumed increases: enzymes appear in the small intestine that help break down incoming elements so that the body extracts 30% more calories from incoming foods than in normal conditions

It is impossible to neutralize the “yo-yo effect”; you only need to know how long it lasts. If you have lost 1 kg, the duration of this unpleasant effect will be 10 days, for 3 kg - 1 month and 3 months for 9-10 lost kilograms. Knowing approximately the time of its action, you should not panic, but simply accept the unpleasant sensations as a given. They will not stay with you forever, unlike the lost kilograms, if you successfully complete the 3rd stage of the diet. The goal of the Consolidation stage is no longer to lose weight, but to establish control over the excessive reactions of your body.

Consolidation Rules:

  • First, calculate the approximate duration of your Consolidation Stage. It will take you 10 days to regain every kilogram you lose.
  • The process of alternating protein and vegetable products is complete. You can consume them every day. Together and separately, according to your wishes, in any combination.
  • 1 day a week should remain protein, without adding any carbohydrate-containing foods.
  • During Consolidation, you must accustom your body to moderate consumption of foods that were previously forbidden to you. First of all, these are fruits, honey, starchy vegetables, grains and fats.

Some fruits appear in your daily diet in the amount of 1 serving per day, 2 pieces of wholemeal bread, hard cheeses, 1 table. a spoonful of honey, some cereals and 2 servings of starchy vegetables per week. The most important thing is to remain prudent and not follow the lead of your body, which requires a much larger supply of new products than you are ready to offer it.

The safest starchy foods for you are potatoes, rice, corn, lentils and whole wheat. Potatoes are best eaten baked with their skins on; in this form, they retain the most amount of potassium you need. Wheat is best consumed as a processed grain: couscous and bulgur are the best choices. Any pasta is also perfect for Consolidation. Corn is also preferable in the form of grits or flour; prepare Mediterranean polenta. Rice is best eaten slightly undercooked to retain its firmness; Slow-digesting varieties like basmati, wild rice and brown rice are your best bet. Lentils, and subsequently other legumes (peas, beans, chickpeas) always take a long time to digest, keep this in mind when creating a menu.

All starchy vegetables and cereals should be cooked without oil. The serving size should not exceed 220 g. They will be digested very well with onions, fresh tomatoes and spices.

The purpose of this holiday is biological pleasure, which your body has been deprived of for a long time, but which it really needs. Your task during the holiday meal is to enjoy the taste and feel a feeling of satiety. To stop striving to regain lost kilograms, the body must understand that you are not infringing on it in any way.
