- Salt - 2 tbsp. l. + to taste
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l. + for deep frying
- Lemon juice – 1/3 tsp.
- Basil, ground black pepper, paprika, favorite spices - to taste.
Preparation:
1. Pour 2 liters of cool water into a deep bowl or pan. Dissolve salt in it and soak the cabbage for 5 minutes.
