  • champignons - 200 gr;
  • cauliflower - 150 g;

  • spinach - 250 gr;
  • salt, pepper, herbs - to taste;
  • cream - 100 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the onions and mushrooms and place them in a frying pan with a little oil.
  2. After 5-10 minutes add spinach, after another minute add cream.
  3. Simmer for five minutes.
  4. Chop the remaining vegetables and throw them into a pan of boiling water.
  5. As soon as they are cooked, add the contents of the pan, herbs and spices.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Pour water over the chopped vegetables and put on fire.

Salt the minced meat and form it into small meatballs. As soon as the water boils, place the meatballs in the soup and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. After this, add green peas, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes. Pour the hot soup into bowls and serve immediately.

Pea soup

Ingredients:

  • beef - 100 gr;
  • frozen green peas - 100 g;
  • peas - 100 g;
  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper, dill, cilantro and parsley - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak dry peas in water overnight.
  2. Let the beef cook, constantly skimming off the foam.
  3. After an hour, add the peas and cook for 40 minutes.

Cooking method:

  1. Add olive oil, onion, garlic and diced pumpkin to a saucepan of water.
  2. Place on the stove and simmer over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Pour in the cream, add salt and spices.
  4. Boil.

Vegetable soup with broccoli

Ingredients:

  • broccoli - 350 gr;
  • cauliflower - 250 gr.;

  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and cut the onion into rings, simmer them in a frying pan.
