Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin pulp;
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 1½ teaspoons Herbes de Provence seasoning;
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Cut the pumpkin into not too large pieces.
Add chopped garlic, salt, herbs and oil to them and mix thoroughly. Place the pumpkin in a mold and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
