Instead, train regularly, but check your watches once a week or less. As long as you don't know your result and are giving it your all, you won't be demotivated by the lack of progress. After all, you don’t even know if this progress is happening. But after some time, by the time of measurement, the fat percentage may actually decrease and this will give you the strength to continue working on yourself.

This rule is universal and works not only with fitness or health. For example, I often rely on it in my work.

It's very hard to stay motivated when your product doesn't take off in a day, month or year. There is no point in analyzing it on a daily basis or even in the long term unless you have any breathing related problems.
