Young zucchini and eggplant are taken equally, about 700 g each. The vegetables are washed, dried, cut into thin slices, lightly salted and left. About 600 g of fresh tomatoes are also chopped, but they are not salted. A sauce is prepared from the remaining tomatoes (also 600 g): finely chopped onions (2 onions) are fried in a saucepan in oil, peeled tomatoes mashed into puree and spices to taste (basil, black and allspice) are added. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
