After the walk, I ate 627 calories worth of porridge with milk and cottage cheese. It became easier. In fact, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon I ate everything I should have eaten for the day in total.

But the trick is that I walked about 8-9 kilometers, and MyFitnessPal counted another 350 calories for me. Thus, I was able to hold out until the end of the day, and my last meal yesterday was around 12 o'clock at night. I ate the remaining calories.
