  • Afternoon snack: 300 ml of cold water, 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, a glass of any berries.

If you have active training or evening sports, in the evening, during a meal, you need to eat another 60 g of low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of berries.

For 3 days

There is an express method for 3 days. This type of mono-diet is based on a single product - avocado. In terms of effectiveness, it is close to fasting days.
