You can also add other vegetables, including celery root. And sour vegetables, including sauerkraut, can be added only when the potatoes are cooked. The same rule applies to tomato paste and tomatoes.
You will need:
- sauerkraut – 200-250 gr.;
- potatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
- carrots – 2 pcs.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- tomato paste – 1-2 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 1 tsp;
- black peppercorns to taste;
- spices to taste;
- bay leaf to taste;
- parsley to taste;

Cooking stages.
First of all, you need to peel all the vegetables - carrots, onions, potatoes. Now you can prepare the vegetable concentrate. To do this, chop the washed greens, cut the onion into 2-4 parts and cut 1 potato into small pieces.
