  • breakfast – drink a glass of boiled water or strong green tea without sugar;
  • lunch – 300 grams of sweet bell pepper, a glass of vegetable juice (preferably carrot) and 2 slices of black bread;
  • dinner - 200 grams of boiled chicken, vegetable salad of sweet peppers, canned corn and tomatoes, fruit juice (to speed up the fat burning effect, you can drink grapefruit).

If you feel a strong feeling of hunger between meals, fruits will help relieve it.
