Vegetable smoothie with coriander

If you want to make a flavorful vegetable drink, be sure to add coriander. This oriental spice will help you get rid of bloating and at the same time cleanse your body of toxic substances. Cilantro (as coriander is often called) also promotes sound sleep.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g frozen vegetables.
  • 50 g cheese
  • A pinch of ground coriander.

Preparation:

  1. Place vegetables in boiling water. Cook for about a quarter of an hour.
  2. Strain the water. Place the pulp in a blender.
  3. Add cheese and beat.
  4. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with ground cilantro.

For breakfast: perfect smoothies

  1. With muesli

Take 3⁄4 cups of fruit and nut granola mixture. Pour in low-fat milk (100 ml), leave to soak. Separately, whisk 2 bananas with 100 ml Greek yogurt. Pour the prepared muesli into the mixture and stir. Pour into glasses.

  1. Apple-pear

You need to take 2 small pears and 2 medium apples. Peel them, cut into slices and squeeze out the juice. Separately prunes – 6 pcs. pitted - soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Pour fruit juice over it and beat until tender.

  1. With chia seeds

You will need 250g of different berries - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries. Also 0.5 cups of pomegranate. Place the berries in a blender, add juice and add about 100 ml. water, as well as 0.5 tbsp. chia seeds. A healthy delicious breakfast is ready!
