- Bake in the prepared oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until a tender crust forms on top.
- Serve with a light coating of liquid honey on top.

- Quick cooking oat flakes – 150 g
- Flour - 180 gr
- Raisins – 150 gr
- Butter - 100 g
- Honey - 50 g
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanillin - a pinch
Method of preparation: First, prepare the raisins, wash them, soak them in water for 15 minutes, then dry them with a towel. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance; it should be soft. Mix flour and baking powder, you can also add a little cinnamon. Sift into a container where you will knead the dough. Add oatmeal and raisins, mix everything.
Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, sugar and a spoonful of honey to the butter, knead until smooth.
Then beat with a mixer for 4 minutes. Add one egg to the cream mixture and beat for another 30 seconds.
Then add another egg and repeat the procedure. Pour the contents of the first container into the resulting mixture.
Stir until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained.
We form cookie balls from it. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and press lightly on top.
Leave a distance between the pieces so that they can expand freely during baking without sticking together.

Cooking method
- Grind the cottage cheese with the yolks separated from the eggs, add sugar.
- Add softened butter and flakes. Mix.
- While the flakes are softening in the dough of the curd-oat casserole, grate the apples, peeled and cored.
- Add cinnamon and vanilla to the apple pulp. To stir thoroughly.
- Beat the whites with soda and gradually, kneading, add to the dough.
