  6. Cucumbers can be eaten not only whole. You can squeeze juice out of them, make a smoothie with kefir or a salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
  7. You need to get out of the diet gradually. On the first day after its completion, cucumbers are still on the menu, but more familiar products appear on it, mainly liquid porridges and soups.
