- Beef liver - 300 g;
- Onions - 100 g (1 large size);
- Egg - 1 pc.;
- Carrots - 50 g (half a small carrot);

- Parsley or dill - one small sprig (optional).
Cooking method:
Wash the liver and cut into small pieces. Cook for 20 minutes, drain and cool. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a fine grater.
If using greens, rinse them and chop them with a knife.
Pour 2 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. spoons of vegetable oil, add onions, carrots and herbs. Simmer all this on the “STEW” program for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Bread - 2 slices;
- Cream - 80 milliliters;
- Cheese - 130 grams;
- Bread crumbs (for breading) - to taste;
- Vegetable oil (for frying) - 100 milliliters;
- Salt, pepper - to taste.
Cooking method:
Soak the bread in cream. We pass the beef, onion, garlic and bread soaked in cream through a meat grinder. Beat in the egg. Salt and pepper the resulting minced meat and mix thoroughly. The better you knead, the more tender the cutlets will be.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the minced meat. Mix well. We form the cutlets (you can use your hands or use a cookie cutter - this will make the cutlets more even and beautiful).

- 1 beef liver;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 4 tablespoons flour;

- Onion - 1 pc. (100 g);
- Rice - 50 g;
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
- Salt, spices - to taste;
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking method:
Let the rice cook and add a little salt. In the meantime, let's move on to other products. Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Wash the liver, remove the veins and films, cut into pieces convenient for rolling. We'll chop the onion coarsely and twist it too.
Let's pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder. Add grated carrots and mix. Beat in the egg and add boiled rice to the minced meat. Mix well, add a little salt (remember that the rice has already been salted) and add your favorite herbs.

Raisin-style liver cutlets
How to cook liver cutlets with rice in the oven? You will need:
- 60 g lard;
- 350 g beef liver;
- one onion;
- four tbsp. l. rice;
- cow butter - one tbsp. l.;
- one chicken egg;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- quarter tsp ground black pepper;
- a glass of sour cream or sour cream sauce.
Prepare this dish as follows:
- Rinse the rice, add cool water, and bring to a boil. Boil the rice for 20 minutes over low heat, then drain in a colander.
- Rinse the liver, cut into pieces, and pass through a meat grinder.
- Peel and wash the onion.
- Finely chop the onion and lard.
- Sauté the onion in lard over moderate heat for 3 minutes, stirring.
- Beat the chicken egg, combine it with rice, liver, fried onions and lard, pepper and salt, mix the minced meat thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
