At what stage of the diet can you eat baked goods?

In this case, it all depends on the ingredients used to make the dessert. While on the express program, baked goods can be consumed already on the fourth day. However, much depends on the composition of the confectionery products. For example, tea cookies found on store shelves are prohibited for consumption, regardless of the stage of the diet. Whereas cookies prepared independently, according to specially developed recipes by French nutritionist Pierre Dukan, are allowed for consumption at any stage of the diet.

Crispy cookies with flax seeds according to Dukan

  • oat bran - 60 g;
  • wheat bran - 45 g;
  • flax seeds - 5 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • water - 20 ml;
  • olive oil - 5 ml;
  • baking powder for dough - a large pinch;
  • salt - on the tip of the knife;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Pound the bran well or grind it using a blender or coffee grinder.
  • Break the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. All you need is whites.
  • Beat the whites with a whisk, then add oil, water and salt to them, beat again.
  • Grind the sweetener into powder and combine with bran. Add baking powder and flax seeds, stir.
  • Combine the protein mass with the dry mixture, leave for 15 minutes for the bran to swell.
  • Wetting a teaspoon with cold water, place the dough on a baking sheet, first laying parchment paper on it. The cookies will increase in size during baking, so leave some space between them.
  • Preheat the oven to 200–220 degrees, place a baking sheet with dough in it.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes.

All that remains is to cool the cookies, remove them from the baking sheet and enjoy their taste. Such cookies can be included in the menu, starting from the “Alternation” stage.

General principles of baking according to Dukan

Studying multiple recipes for preparing desserts according to the diet of the famous Frenchman, the first thing that catches your eye is the presence of oat bran in each of them. The explanation is quite simple - regular flour is not suitable for this purpose, as it is a high-calorie ingredient. Therefore, lovers of oatmeal cookies will appreciate delicious and healthy recipes for making sweets in accordance with the Dukan diet.

All types of cookies are baked on special parchment, which makes it possible to avoid using oil, which at high temperatures releases carcinogens harmful to any organism. Regardless of the cookie recipe you choose, it is important to adhere to the daily intake of oat bran, which is 1 tbsp. on Attack, 2 tbsp. on Cruise and 3 tbsp. on Consolidation.

Recipe for “Dietary oatmeal biscuits without flour”

A variation of the previous recipe according to Dukan at home, also without flour and kefir, but with the addition of 3 tbsp. l. powdered milk and a tablespoon of wheat bran. The rest of the composition and preparation technique are identical. If you want the diet cookies to be uniform in consistency, use a blender to grind the bran into flour.

For “coarsely ground” cookies, all ingredients are mixed by hand in the old fashioned way. This dessert can be added to your menu already from the second stage of the Dukan diet.

Protein-oatmeal cookies according to Dukan

Required ingredients:

  • chicken egg (1 pc.);
  • oat bran (1.5 tablespoons);
  • baking soda (on the tip of a teaspoon);
  • water (1 tablespoon);
  • sugar substitute;
  • salt (to taste).

Grind the bran to flour and add water and yolk to it. Leave the oatmeal for 10-15 minutes until it swells. In a separate bowl, thoroughly beat the egg whites and pour into the main mixture. Place the resulting mass on baking paper using a tablespoon and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

On kefir (in a frying pan)

To prepare the dough, use oat and wheat bran grated into flour (2 tbsp/1 tbsp). Also take a chicken egg, sugar substitute (4 tablets) and low-fat kefir (4 tbsp). To add fluffiness, use 0.5 tsp. baking powder. Flavor cookies with cinnamon or vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, add yolks, kefir, add a little salt and leave for 15 minutes. Beat the egg whites well and add to the total mixture. Fry the cookies by spooning them into a lightly oiled heated frying pan.

Lady fingers according to Dukan

Who would have thought that the cookies we loved since childhood could turn out to be not only tasty, but also healthy. The secret of its benefits lies in a special preparation method, which requires:

  • whites and yolks from three eggs, previously separated and placed in different containers;
  • uniformly ground bran (oat) – 2 tablespoons;
  • add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and a few drops of vanilla extract to the yolks;
  • beat the whites until a strong foam appears and add a sugar substitute in an amount equal to three tablespoons of regular sand;
  • mix the whites with the main mass;
  • place the resulting dough in a pastry bag and place oblong shapes from it on a baking sheet;
  • bake according to the following scheme: 10 minutes at 180 degrees and the same at a temperature of 160 degrees.

Despite the fact that bran is indispensable for this type of diet, it is still important to observe moderation when consuming the resulting dessert.

No eggs

This Dukan cookie recipe eliminates the eggs from the recipe. It can be used at the Alternation stage (norm for 3 days). Take oat bran, corn starch and milk powder (6/3/3 tbsp). You will also need sweetener tablets (15 pcs.), 1 tsp. baking powder and kefir (you should get the optimal consistency). For flavoring, use a pinch of vanilla and black pepper, as well as ground ginger and cinnamon (0.5 tsp/1.5 tsp). Combine all dry ingredients, add kefir, leave for 20 minutes. If the mass is very thick, add more kefir. Bake for 20 minutes (200 degrees).

Ginger cookie

This type of baking is quite soft when finished, so the cookies should be baked in a frying pan, preferably in the form of pancakes. To prepare you need to take:

  • cottage cheese with a minimum percentage of fat or low fat (1.5 tablespoons);
  • dry ground ginger (1 tablespoons);
  • whites from four eggs;
  • oat bran (3 tablespoons);
  • stevia powder (on the tip of a teaspoon).

Beat the whites and mix with the rest of the ingredients. The dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes. Place the dough in a greased frying pan using a spoon and bake until done, turning occasionally.

In the microwave

In this case, you will not use a whole egg, but only whites (2 pcs.). You also need oat bran (3 tbsp), low-fat kefir (1 tbsp) and liquid sugar substitute (add it to taste, if you use dry, dilute with a little water). Use vanilla for flavoring.

Combine the bran ground into flour with kefir, flavoring, and sweetener. Leave for 20 minutes. Beat the whites, adding a pinch of salt and 0.5 tsp. vinegar, add them to the dough. Microwave for 3 minutes at medium power (put the dough into silicone molds). If the cookies are not baked, add several more stages of 30 seconds, checking the result each time.

Dietary chocolate cookies according to Dukan

The shape of the finished product must be made in the form of a single cake, which is cut into separate portions before serving. To prepare the dough, mix the following products using a mixer:

  • yogurt (200 gr.);
  • cocoa powder (1 tablespoon);
  • sugar substitute (2 tbsp);
  • egg (1 pc.);
  • oatmeal or chopped oat flakes (100 gr.).

Line a baking sheet with oiled parchment and pour the dough onto it. The thickness of the resulting leveled mass should be the same and be 0.5-0.7 cm. Place a baking sheet with cake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Banana Diet Oatmeal Cookies

This Dukan recipe will become available only at the last stage of the diet (fruits are not allowed for a long time, and bananas are generally “taboo”) or on those rare days when you are allowed to “break away” and have a belly festival.

  • Bran - always oat, if possible wheat - 2 plus 1 tbsp. l.
  • Egg.
  • Powdered milk with 0% fat content - 2 tbsp. l.
  • One banana.
  • Liquid milk (up to 2% fat content).
  • “Sugar” analogue - you can reduce the standard dose, or even leave it out altogether - the banana adds sweetness.

How to cook:

Grind some of the bran into flour, and leave some coarsely ground. Beat the egg separately until foamy. Grind the banana with liquid milk until pureed (you can use a blender). Mix all the ingredients and use a spoon (you can use wet hands) to place the dough in portions on a baking sheet greased with the “allowed” drops of oil. Each cookie can be slightly flattened on top.

Curd and milk

To prepare these delicious cookies you will need:

  • oatmeal (2 tbsp);
  • skim milk powder (3 tbsp);
  • liquid milk (skimmed) – 50 ml;
  • low-fat cottage cheese (300 gr.);
  • egg (1 piece);
  • corn starch (1 tbsp);
  • dry yeast (5 gr.);
  • flavorings, sweeteners and salt - to taste.

Pour yeast and flavorings into slightly warmed milk, wait 10-15 minutes and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Wait until the dough has risen (on average 20-30 minutes) and place on oiled parchment, which is then placed on a baking sheet in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

The given recipes completely dispel the myth that losing weight is only possible with a complete or partial abstinence from sweets. Once you try to make Dukan cookies yourself and appreciate their excellent taste, you are unlikely to want to go back to store-bought cookies.

Easy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Eggs.
  • Low-fat milk or kefir.
  • Oatmeal flour.
  • Soda, salt.
  • Sugar.
  • Raisin.

Recipe:

  1. For this recipe, it is recommended to use seedless raisins. First soak a handful of dried fruits in warm water for steaming.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together a glass of sugar and two eggs.
  3. Add a glass of low-fat milk or kefir, a little salt, and half a teaspoon of soda into the mixture.
  4. While stirring, add three cups of oatmeal.
  5. At the final stage, add washed raisins to the thick, well-mixed dough.
  6. If the diet is not strict, if desired, you can add one hundred grams of softened butter or margarine, which you remove from the refrigerator in advance.
  7. Place the formed cookie balls on parchment paper lined with a baking sheet.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes to bake.

Preparation

1. In a deep bowl, combine kefir warmed to room temperature and oat bran.

2. Mix them thoroughly using a plastic spatula and leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes so that the mass swells slightly.

3. Beat a raw egg into the bran and kefir and add vanillin, as well as crushed sweetener tablets.

4. Knead the dough until smooth.

Culinary advice

If you want the cookies to be more fluffy, first add raw yolk to the mixture of bran and kefir. Cool the protein and beat it separately into a strong foam, and after that carefully mix it into the fully prepared dough.

5. Divide the dough into silicone muffin molds, but fill them very little at a time, because after all, we are baking cookies, not cupcakes. However, you don’t have to use molds to bake cookies, but place the dough with a tablespoon directly on a silicone mat, but then the shape of the healthy dessert will not be so neat.

6. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes, this will be enough for the oat bran cookies to bake and lightly brown.

7. Without waiting for the cookies to cool, shake them out and, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, serve with tea.
