Vegetable salad with seafood “Riviera”
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail - 250 g.
- Cucumber - 100 g.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Red salad onion - 1 pc.
- Broccoli - 200 g.
- Olive oil - 6 tbsp.
- Wine vinegar - 4 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
Cooking method:
- Boil the sea cocktail in salted water.
- We separate the broccoli into florets and also boil them in salted water. The main thing is not long enough for the cabbage to remain a little crispy.
- Cut the onion into rings and scald with boiling water.
- Cut the cucumber into strips.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Now prepare the salad dressing: mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and wine vinegar.
- Mix seafood, broccoli, onion, cucumber and tomato in a large salad bowl and season everything with the prepared sauce.
- Let's bring it to the table.
With tomatoes
The summer season brings to our table a lot of vegetables and spices from the garden beds. Thus, it becomes possible to prepare a nutritious, but at the same time light summer salad with tomatoes and sea creatures. Cooking does not take much time and takes 10-15 minutes.

For 5 servings you will need:
- Sea cocktail – 450 g.
- Tomatoes (tomato) – 2 pcs.
- Quail eggs – 4 pcs.
- Bunch and onion of lettuce.
- White bread crackers (quantity determined by taste).
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking and serving process
- Frozen seafood must be placed in a frying pan and put on fire. Once thawed, the liquid is drained and the seafood is fried for 4 minutes.
- Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and tear them with your hands.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Tomatoes should be peeled from seeds and juice and cut into small slices.
- Mix the prepared ingredients in a separate container (except for the sea cocktail).
- Quail eggs should be boiled and cut into small pieces.
- Now you need to prepare the dressing. Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 lemon juice. You can add herbs and spices to the resulting mixture.
- Seafood is placed in a container, the dressing is poured in and mixed thoroughly.
- Crackers and quail eggs are laid out immediately before serving the salad epic.
Salad with fetax cheese
Components:
- sea cocktail in oil – 350 g;
- lettuce – 350 g;
- cherry tomatoes – 300 g;
- fetax cheese – 200 g;
- pine nuts – 60 g;
- lime - half;
- mustard – 1 small. spoon;
- sugar – 1 small. spoon;
- salt, oregano, garlic.
Preparation:
- To prepare a salad according to this recipe, you need to immediately drain the oil from the seafood. Leave them in a colander.
- Mix three large tablespoons of butter with mustard, juice from half a lime, sugar, oregano, salt and garlic (dry, mashed) to taste.
- Pour the washed and torn salad and nuts into a large dish.
- Chop the cherry in half. Cut the cheese into medium cubes. Add these ingredients to the salad.
- Add seafood.
Mix everything well and season with aromatic dressing.

Preparing the salad
The seafood cocktail is fried for 4-5 minutes. If it was frozen before cooking, then frying lasts 2 times longer.
- The greens and cucumbers must be chopped and mixed.
- Place the greens on a plate and add the seaweed.
- Sprinkle pine nuts or peanuts on top.

- Place seafood and add spices to taste.
The sauce is added to the salad immediately before eating.
Salad “Sea Fantasy”
“Sea Fantasy” is a classic salad with seafood. When preparing it, special attention should be paid to the composition of the sea cocktail. It should include: octopus, squid, shrimp.
Ingredients:
- Seafood cocktail – 200 gr.
- Corn - 1 can
- Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
- Cucumber - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 100 gr.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Salt, herbs, spices, mayonnaise - to taste
Preparation:
We clean the onion, wash it and finely chop it.
Culinary experts recommend that only pickled onions should be used in such salads. To do this, pour boiling water over the onion for 10 - 15 minutes.
Wash the cucumbers and peel them if necessary. Boil the eggs, cool, and peel. Cut eggs and cucumber into small cubes. Place the seafood cocktail in a colander to rid it of excess liquid. Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Combine all the ingredients in one container, season with mayonnaise, salt, add your favorite spices and herbs and mix everything thoroughly.
Decorate the salad with grated cheese and cucumber slices.
With cucumbers and egg
Another summer snack option is called “sea cucumber”. To prepare it you will need a minimum amount of ingredients and time (20 minutes). And you can feed up to 4 people.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 6.87 g; fats – 2.58 g; carbohydrates – 2.56.
For the cucumber salad you will need:
- A bunch of green onions.
- Egg – 5 pcs.
- Fresh cucumber – 500 gr.
- Shrimp – 300 gr.
- Canned cucumbers are often used in brine, then a slight sourness is felt.
Quick cooking
- The shrimp need to be boiled. To do this, take 1.5 liters of water and heat it up. Place the seafood into the container. After boiling, take out the shrimp.
- Boil the eggs hard.
- Cut eggs, onions and cucumbers into small pieces.
- All that remains is to peel the shrimp and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- The dish is low in calories, and therefore suitable as a dietary food.
Festive seafood salad with crab sticks “Neptune”
Here we used sea cocktail and shrimp in brine - they are also very suitable for our series of salads for the holiday table.
We have to:
- 250 gr. shrimp in brine
- 200 gr. sea cocktail in filling
- 220 gr. squid (1 piece)
- 5 boiled eggs
- 240 gr. crab sticks
- 50 gr. red caviar (half a jar)
- Homemade mayonnaise for dressing
Let's start cooking:
- Throw a pinch of salt into boiling water and lower the squid (I used previously defrosted one). Cook for one and a half minutes - no more! Otherwise it will become tough. And turn it over in water 2-3 times.
- Cut the crab sticks into medium cubes.
- First cut the squid lengthwise

- and then across, into small plates
- Eggs: cut the whites into thin strips. Yolks don't go into this salad, so use them somewhere else.
- Drain the excess liquid from the sea cocktail and the brine from the shrimp. We set aside half of the latter for decoration.
- We collect all the prepared ingredients in a container, add mayonnaise - preferably homemade - and mix thoroughly.
- No salt needed. You can pepper it a little.
- Place cling film in a bowl and place the entire salad on top (you can use a round baking dish). We close the film, pressing it a little with our hands and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- After this, we open the film, take a larger plate, cover it on top, place it flat on the table and, holding both dishes, sharply turn it upside down.
- Remove the bowl and cling film.
- And decorate with shrimp, placing them in a circle.
- And in the middle we put caviar in a thick layer.

To prepare, you will need 40 minutes of free time and a good mood. The salad called “Seafood” has an exquisite taste that will highlight the special feature of the evening or family feast.

- The ingredients are mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise.
When serving a seafood dish on the table, the salad is generously sprinkled with caviar.
Salad “Festive sea cocktail”
This salad is perfect for any holiday table. Moreover, such a dish can become a real highlight of the holiday.
Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves - 5 pcs.
- Pitted olives - 12 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Frozen seafood mixture - 500 gr.
- Hard cheese - 150 gr.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy sauce, mayonnaise - to taste
Preparation:
Thaw the seafood cocktail and fry it in a frying pan. Drain off excess liquid. Three cheese on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the olives into rings. We peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through a garlic press. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and soy sauce. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. When all the ingredients are prepared, we begin to form the dish.
The salad ingredients are laid out in the following sequence:
- The first layer is lettuce leaves;
- Second layer - tomatoes;
- The third layer is mayonnaise dressing;
- The fourth layer is olives;
- The fifth layer is cheese;
- The sixth layer is a fried sea cocktail;
- The seventh layer is mayonnaise dressing.
Before serving, the salad should sit for several hours.

Sea cocktail with arugula and tomatoes
A minimum set of products allows you to create an incredibly tasty salad with a sea cocktail, which is worthy of taking a crown place on the holiday table. Cherries can be used not only red, but also yellow. Their mixture will also look beautiful. Use seafood cocktail marinated in oil. If you haven’t found one and only have frozen one, then first boil it in boiling water for a couple of minutes. In this case, season the salad with olive oil.
Required:
- Arugula – 150 g.
- Sea cocktail – 400 g.
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g yellow.
- Tomato – 1 large.
Step by step process:
Cut each cherry tomato in half.

- For a tasty, aromatic dressing, you need to combine unrefined olive oil, sauce, and black pepper.
- Add it to the salad and distribute it carefully.
- Before serving, you can decorate the finished dish with olives and herbs.
Salad “Simple sea cocktail”
This dish is incredibly easy to prepare. All the skill that is required from the housewife is to wash and chop the cabbage and onions.
Ingredients:

- Crackers - to taste
- Lemon - ½ pc.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tsp.
- Knorr Caesar Seasoning – 1 pack
Preparation: Wash the green salad, dry it, tear it with your hands and put it in a dish. Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Add seafood and cheese to the salad.
In a small bowl, mix Caesar salad dressing, juice of half a lemon, mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. Add the sauce to the bowl with the other ingredients. Place the crackers there and mix everything thoroughly.
Decorate the finished salad with cherry tomato halves.
