Why is the main name of the diet “Chemical”?
Don't be scared! The diet menu excludes substances unnatural for the human body and, on the contrary, contains only natural products.
The creator implies a diet based on chemical reactions that occur from ingested foods in the body and lead to effective weight loss. In fact, the menu is a low-calorie diet with limited carbohydrates and salt, which is why excess weight is rapidly reduced. Such a diet must be followed strictly according to the description and the proposed menu, and if there is a breakdown or violation of the order, then you must return to the very beginning of the plan.
What is the chemical diet based on?
- The main product here is a boiled egg . It is low-calorie, but quite filling, and together with grapefruit for breakfast it helps with weight loss.
- Products prescribed in the diet should never be replaced with similar ones; it is better to simply exclude them. But, if you cannot tolerate eggs or citrus, you should not adhere to this diet at all, since these are its main components.
- If you have an irresistible desire to eat, you are allowed to snack on fresh vegetables (salad, cucumbers).
- It's also important to watch your portion sizes. If the quantity of a product is not indicated on the menu, you can eat it in unlimited quantities, the main thing is without overeating.
- To achieve the desired result, you need to say goodbye to salt, because it retains fluid in the body.
- The volume of water you drink daily should be at least 2 liters. Do not drink water during meals. It is better to do this before meals 30 minutes and after meals 1-1.5 hours.

Contraindications to the use of the method
Before starting the Hamdia diet, it is recommended to make sure there are no contraindications. Following a diet is prohibited if there is:

And also, in addition to the diet based on boiled eggs, later Professor Osama Hamdiy compiled a similar chemical diet, also designed for 4 weeks, but based on the consumption of cottage cheese . It is suitable for those who cannot tolerate large quantities of eggs or citrus fruits.

Basic Rules
In order for the chemical reaction to burn fat to start and proceed consistently throughout the entire 4 weeks, it is necessary to follow the basic principles.
- This is a nutrition system in which all parts are closely interconnected. If you fail at any time, you will have to start over. So it’s easier to stick it out until the end.
- Do not look for a chemical diet for a week or 2, as it is designed only for a month, and any other period of time will not give the desired result.
- It's best to start on Monday.
- Prohibited foods should not be consumed even in the smallest quantities throughout the month.
- Salt - limit to a minimum.
- Recommended cooking methods are steaming, boiling, baking in the oven or grilling.
- Between meals you need to drink a lot of water - about one and a half liters per day.
- Physical activity in the form of walking, going to the gym, or morning exercises is required.
- Do not overeat, finish all meals in a slightly hungry state.
A competent exit from a chemical diet, which involves the gradual inclusion of fatty meats, oils, and grains into the diet, is very important.
During the first week after it, the serving size can only be increased by 50 grams per day. Sweets, alcohol, and fried foods can be consumed little by little only after a couple of weeks. This will not only maintain the weight that you achieved during weight loss, but will also prevent the digestive tract from going astray.
Authorized Products
The diet is replete with healthy and valuable foods for humans. The sheer number of permitted products is also pleasing, because they eliminate the possibility of breakdowns and help achieve good results in losing weight.
Allowed fruits are apples, plums, melons, peaches, watermelons, pineapples, and pears. A special place is given to citrus fruits: grapefruits and oranges.
For a dish of boiled or stewed vegetables, use eggplant, carrots, green peas, beans, and zucchini.
A salad for lunch, dinner or a snack can be made from any vegetables, excluding potatoes.

Prohibited Products
In the first place of prohibited foods for the diet are pasta and carbonated drinks. Soda is extremely high in calories, but that’s only half the story: such drinks change the acid-base balance, which after a while of consumption causes metabolic disorders.
White bread is also contraindicated due to its high calorie content. Also, bread does not provide a feeling of fullness, and we ourselves do not notice how we can absorb half of our entire daily calorie intake with sandwiches.
Fast food is excluded for a simple reason: a healthy meal cannot be prepared in 2 minutes. Consequently, by eating fast food, we get a huge amount of starch, dyes, flavor enhancers, fats, fast carbohydrates, but not complete and healthy food.
Sausages should also be excluded when losing weight on this diet. And in general, they should be crossed out even from your classic diet. Given the well-known fact that sausage is one of the most popular and sought-after products in Russia, it is very difficult to find quality sausage. So it’s easier not to take risks or replace with homemade sausage, without soy, fats and E-additives.
You should forget about confectionery products (sweets, cakes, cookies) once and for all. They all contain transgenic fats that affect the cardiovascular and digestive systems, and, of course, the condition of your body. In case of failure
The chemical diet of Osama Hamdiy is quite nutritious and includes all the necessary substances that are beneficial to the human body. Thus, it almost eliminates the possibility of slipping. However, if there is a break or breakdown, you need to start losing weight again using this method from the very first day of the first week.
If you are on the verge of a breakdown, it is recommended to eat a small piece of the desired prohibited product, chewing it slowly. This way, the desire to deviate from the intended path should be dulled, and you can easily continue to lose weight.
Quitting the diet
Once you finish the diet, evaluate your results. To calculate the cost of daily and weekly meals, we took as a basis the example menus given in the article above, as well as average food prices in large cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk.
For example, the first day of a four-week chemical diet will cost you 250-300 rubles. The first week on a four-week chemical diet can cost on average 1500-2000 rubles, and for all 4 weeks you will spend about 5200-7000 rubles.
The first day of a two-week chemical diet will cost 200-300 rubles, and the entire course will cost 3500-4000 rubles.
A variant of a chemical diet, where eggs are replaced with cottage cheese, for 4 weeks will cost approximately 5500-6500 rubles.
About the harm
There is a lot of talk about how the chemical diet is dangerous because the diet is unbalanced. This is true: the body will not have enough carbohydrates and fats, which can provoke a loss of strength, decreased performance, irritability syndrome and even aggression.
Side effects often include bad breath and gurgling in the stomach. All this is a consequence of a large amount of protein in the stomach.
If everything is in order with your health at the beginning of the diet, you can endure it without any complications. But if you violate the contraindications, you will have no one to blame but yourself. You should not adhere to this nutrition system if:
- pregnancy;
- lactation;
- allergies to permitted foods (especially eggs and citrus fruits);
- gastrointestinal diseases;
- atherosclerosis;
- liver diseases;
- intolerance to approved products;
- endocrine diseases;
- hypertension;
- serious metabolic disorders.
Any of these diseases may react negatively to the chemical reactions in the body triggered by this diet. The result is exacerbations and all sorts of complications that will require treatment and long-term rehabilitation.
